I loved your message about the person saying he was going to run for an office. I’m a 72 year old woman and I am going to try to commit to going to my city council meetings to stand up for reasonable actions in my own town. Small but it may help.

We have to keep hope alive. If we lose that, then it's all gone. It's difficult to see any hope, but when you keep fighting for what is right and good, you surround yourself with better people and there you will find a whole lot of hope.

I feel heartbroken and hopeless for what’s to come. We’ll now have a President who doesn’t believe in Climate Change.I realize there’s SO much I won’t have any control over. But what I can do is to continue to recycle & compost. Small acts, but it’s something that can’t be taken!
