I don’t think people realize how difficult it is to play the drums and sing like this at the same time. The Band is very talented and this performance is a proof of that. You cannot duplicate what this band did. There is a uniqueness to what was going on musically and lyrically. The Band performing 'Up On Cripple Creek' live on The Ed Sullivan Show, November 2, 1969.

We're thrilled and proud to be back on stage with our friends, who have been active in music for quite some time. First, I'd like to say a few words to our band members. Elementary students Gunwoo, Yerim, Jihwan, and Dohyun, and high school students Wonwoo and Chanel. They're all doing well. You've all worked so hard practicing. You might be a little nervous about being on stage, but when I think about the days we've spent together, I know you have no worries. I haven't met Sooni and Junseok in person yet, but I heard they've been practicing really hard. Imagining our Mind Band members enjoying themselves on stage makes me so excited. We'll continue to work hard to realize our wonderful dreams through music. Also, Jajo and Iron Band will be joining us for this concert as session artists. Fanmaster, Shinhwa, drummer Hyunwoo, and keyboardist Changhyun, thank you so much for taking the time to join us. I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to the participating CEOs, Director Kang Won-cheol of the Children's Hospital, Director Lee Sang-gil of the Office of External Cooperation, and everyone who worked tirelessly to prepare for the Ensemble performance. 🐱I sincerely congratulate Mind Band on its inaugural performance.
