The transition from tech founder to street-side pretzel vendor is almost complete.

we sell a canvas SDK and water bottles outside of the concert

now, if you could also pinch-to-scale yourself seperate from the screen quality content

need an editor!

steve wtf this is stolen valor, im expecting royalties 🙏

The 1950s hotdog salesman at a stadion setup. I love it!

absolute banger format

it’s beautiful

thank you, i love it

THIS is cinema. Now how do I strap a whiteboard to my back…

my man

You have elevated your status in my book(s) of decent people doing fun things. Booyah.

Thank you

i tried to build and expand on this telestrator idea a while ago (vibe-slop btw) but the premise was: you'd have an tldraw overlap on a website running on a local server, but with the following goals: 1. you could actually scroll and use the website and toggle the tldraw mode 2. you could select doms on the website during the tldraw mode 3. you could 'push' a json/whatever of the doms you selected + screengrab of any tldraw scribbles you did on your website -> you'd push it to some folder basically and you'd have a watcher that would grab changes and hand it off to an existing coding agent session 4. and this was the hardest bit: you would 'mirror' this setup via a proxy or whatever to an apple ipad where you could use your magic pencil to select doms, draw etc. the objective was this 'telestrator' (which i just called tldraw-sync) could be used by designers to use their hands and their ipads to introduce changes to their website. i struggled with it quite a bit because turns out it is near impossible to sync the viewports of an ipad to a desktop monitor, so i would constantly have the issue that i'd be scribbling on one part of the website on my ipad but it would scribble on a totally different part. at some point i parked this idea here and i'll pick it up after i have acquired a few more skills and patience. but your telestrator idea reminded me of that: (please excuse the vibeslop, but i'm not a bad engineer :) )

Hmm, that’s really interesting. I never thought about the dimensions issue

@romainhuet

@akothari hear me out for your next demo video

got an affiliate for that laptop holder thingy?

The messenger bag straps, but with a laptop. I see the vision. I had a similar vision when I saw Will Smith behind the scenes of Bad Boyz.

Can one put a computer on a steady cam?

Let me know and I'll flow your lead. lbvs

I found it on amazon.

Incredible, reminds me of the amazing @alongvideo release notes from the past

"By this guy... actually that's John Madden" ... lol GOLD

okay now I have to buy a green screen and get one of these pants mounts working

Honestly, this format is incredible. It's way better than a person sitting in the corner of the screen and pointing things with his cursor. Hope you won't mind if I ever create content in such a format. 😁

Go for it!

The format works because it's: 1. Visual (no wall of text) 2. Scannable (key points jump out) 3. Shareable (context stays intact) Text threads are for depth. Video cards are for reach. You picked the right tool for the job.

Please would you hurry up and finish state designer? This side quest seems to be taking a long time

Here come Claude!

Suspenders!!

yea! very unique and entertaining

The vision in this is clear

This is so unhinged i absolutely love it. 🤣 Will watch a hundred hours of this

Stolen valor

I used State Designer! I really liked the ergonomics of actions and guards, though David had concerns over reusing “if”, which seem reasonable.

This is actually epic i love it

you'll be remembered as one of the greats, along with code whiteboard man @BHolmesDev , and yoga ball video game comentary man @nakeyjakey
