I also had the pleasure of welcoming the newly appointed Ambassadors, wishing them successful missions and a pleasant stay in Riyadh.

Till now Azerbaijan is refusing to unblock the Lachin Corridor and allow entry to Nagorno-Karabakh to stop the starvation and humanitarian crisis of 120 thousand people, including 30 thousand children.

The Foreign Ministers of the R-4 Group, comprising the Arab Republic of Egypt, the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the Republic of Türkiye, met in Amman on 5 August 2026.
