Today we're launching the Gamma connector for Claude, in partnership with Anthropic. And partially thanks to AI we can build faster, but not dramatically faster if you want to build a commercial grade product. Before I was using a live chat and customer support tool that costed around 50-100$ a month. This helped me to interact with the customers of my agency or prospects. But I decided a few months ago to build my own and stop paying for these more expensive solutions. I did and turned into a product for everyone to use. The build was not 1-2 hours of work using AI, but it was a several-month process on and off as I needed it. Finally, it has turned into a commercial grade product. I have built several of these and this is when we will see more and more solutions like these. Let's start bootstrapping before showing MRR figures.

i wanted to prove to myself that i learned a fuckton from my first hardware product (poetry camera) by shipping a second product better and faster this time around. last week, our lamp prototype felt kind of ugly and broken, but angela and i decided to yolo a prototype batch for our friends. we trusted ourselves enough to know that we would figure it out. so starting last friday we set up a shopify & website, sold out a private alpha batch, completely redesigned the enclosure, brought up new PCBs, fixed reliability & UX issues, assembled our first units, created simple packaging, and overshot our production goal. wednesday night, we started delivering them to our first customers (including jeah, pictured below). ship before you feel ready

i wanted to prove to myself that i learned a fuckton from my first hardware product (poetry camera) by shipping a second product better and faster this time around. last week, our lamp prototype felt kind of ugly and broken, but angela and i decided to yolo a prototype batch for our friends. we trusted ourselves enough to know that we would figure it out. so starting last friday we set up a shopify & website, sold out a private alpha batch, completely redesigned the enclosure, brought up new PCBs, fixed reliability & UX issues, assembled our first units, created simple packaging, and overshot our production goal. wednesday night, we started delivering them to our first customers (including jeah, pictured below). ship before you feel ready
