One of most notable matches in Portugal rugby is an obscure one in Brazil in 2019. The first match of Lagisquet, Storti, Madeira, Portela, but also Bento at 18 became youngest Lobo ever. After 0 minutes at World Cup, pleased he got chance to play in front of a big crowd here.

2023 was a very difficult year for him. Almost no game time for Stade Montois between January and June; played in the Men's REC but couldn't find his groove; and failed to make any minute in the Men's RWC. But he took it well, worked around, and found his luck.

He had an awesome game. All back three had, but Simão stood out.

O talento que temos nas linhas traseiras é algo impressionante. Nunca vira Simão Bento jogar, só sabia o que me diziam dele, como o elogiavam. Finalmente, fiquei esclarecido. Quem tem Storti, Sousa Guedes, Simão, Paiva, Cardoso Pinto, Marta (falta alguém? ), tem que ser Feliz !
