I met someone recently who has this condition! He's a hunter and a big time outdoorsman, it's been a very rough time for him. He was misdiagnosed several times before figuring it out.

I'm in middle tennessee, I know a few people who have meat allergies from tics but the locals who grew up here said when they were kids they never heard of such a thing and didn't worry at all about tics, they'd just flick them off every evening after coming in from playing outside. Something is going on.

How can we trust anything these days? It's safe to say I haven't been bit by this tick. Yet. 😳
