Reproduced bug in live environment @Apple

ios26 literally broke down hotspot on my 16 pro max. Tried all the tricks. Did network reset. Still allow others to join is greyed out. My phone is carrier unlocked. Tried different sim cards as well. Doesn't work at all. Its still under warranty by the way.

That reloading bug is annoying asf, they need to fix that
