I just found a Sora 2 cheat code 🤯 This will let you make a million-dollar full anime episode with CONSISTENT CHARACTERS right now. Homemade anime will be the biggest trend of 2026. Millions of new shows will be born next year and here's how they'll do it 👇🧵

Initially, in the first video the character's face wasn't dialed, but this next segment (below) ended up being the right look for our hero. Sora only outputs 10-15 second clips, so you need to have a way to hack the system for consistency.

In the first video, the initial approach was to take a screenshot of a two-shot that includes both characters; however, this doesn't provide details of both characters' faces, resulting in inconsistent results.

The better method is to screenshot a collage of images as the uploaded image for Sora to reference, so that it knows how both characters look. Then you need to prompt each 10-15 second scene for what happens with the action. Describe the characters in the same way each time.

Voices: In order to get consistent voices, at the moment, you're likely going to need to run it through Elevenlabs voice changer or lip sync it yourself and voice change yourself. (sucks) Music: Try and prompt it to avoid music so you can have control over it later.

Is the tech there yet? No. But this is the basis for uploading episode script, adding character photos and letting Sora 2 just rip it out in a setting. (we're probably 3 months away from this)

Good tips! It is unfortunate the censors block any photoreal characters even if they are fictional and originally generated inside sora. Remix would somewhat but characters drift considerably. A "cameo" feature for fictitious characters would unlock lots of creative potencial. Voices also do not stay consistent meaning you mostly have to dub everything in post.

Sometime you get lucky rolls. This is 5 different remixes and the ghost changes more than the man but other times it is drastically different.

Nope! Just simply asked for anime, my prompt was more for the story line I wanted. But once I had and intro with generated characters I liked, I Remixed it to make the episode snippets.

If everyone can make a movie that easily, TASTE becomes the ultimate differentiator. Story matters. Characters matter. Set ups and payoffs matter. Homemade anime will largely be for the creator only.

The action sequences in any AI animation has been tough, I’m dealing with that right now with my own pilot Hailuo does a pretty solid job but it’s hard to sync to a narrative This is leagues above - thanks for sharing

The first platform that acts as a middle man between rights holders and the labor to work with Sora to prompt their IPs back into existance will be very high. You can probably recreate one of these old shows for super cheap with one writer and a team of 4-5 AI artists

This + the remix feature and I guess we’ll get the most consistent output

Why use a tool that isn't ready when there are better AI tools for the job? You can have character consistancy with many platforms including Veo and Runway ect. Just use Google Veo 3 in Flow.

Why do you want to chase trends? Sounds like a week minded behavior.

This is not a cheat code. This is dumb. There is literally a one prompt way to do this directly in Sora.
