It would be so funny if you added every feature from different art programs except for transparency

i don't know why people are suddenly making ms paint mods but i am 100% all for it

MsPaint++ sounds like such a good concept dude, you should def release this as a mod once you're finished with all the changes!!! Paint is one of my favorite editing programs, it would be so cool to have additions like this on it!

bit of advice for people who want to animate in a flipnote style but don't have access to it: use TVPaint! You can animate on a tiny canvas, and then upscale it when exporting so it isn't blurry. it unfortunately isn't free. Would still use this once its released tho!
