The $249 is optimized for skin. The $199 Multi-tissue Torch goes deeper. It's best after surgery, where there is both an incision to heal (skin) and deeper tissues to heal, too. To use Multi Torch for skin requires longer exposure times & it's a great deal.

@PragmaticNurse To heal skin lesions, go with the Skinlight You could try the Multi Torch and double exposure times (up to 20 min/day) because that's a less expensive way to go. If it doesn't work, you can return it for your money back. But the Skinlight is better.
