I don't like how Roadrunner looks surprised/worried at times. It's not just his speed, but his confidence that helps him elude the coyote. He should always be one step ahead, and never lose his cool.

I personally like it bc it doesn't happen very often so it's shocking seeing him scared, shocked, sad(? Idk it feels a bit more human 🤔

I had to look these up, because it's obvious TV era (late 60s) and it's not Jones (you can tell by the eyes!) and not McKimson (you can tell by the gags!) These were outsourced to Format Films and Leonard Maltin (great film historian) calls them "witless". I have to agree.

That said, I'm glad you found parts of it funny/redeamable. Animation is hard, regardless of the outcome and it's nice that anyone can find appreciation for any example. 😊
