This is awesome work, man and congrats on the shoutout from Ryan. I've been building something similar with TubeSeek, and I know how challenging it is to get the RAG pipeline right. Genuinely curious - what was the biggest technical hurdle you had to solve? For me, it was dealing with transcripts fetching.
