I just released the new version of the Future Tools website... I guess this would be considered v3. Trying to make it more and more useful / valuable for everyone.

I used my credits with my $200 max plan. Also a little GPT-5.6, 5.5, and Opus-4.6 involved for a lot of it.

Beautiful work on the site, genuinely well built. One category I don't see covered: second brain / knowledge management tools. Been building one for about six months, fully open source, community-driven, hundreds of updates from real user feedback along the way. Started as a personal second brain, now does organizational shared brains too, with an in-app MCP server so any agent you run can read and write to it directly. Might be worth a slot if it fits what you're curating.

This has come a long way since it's first version. Its grown just as much as the AI

GPT-5.5, Opus-4.6, and Fable. It was a joint effort. Was working on it during the Fable shutdown too.

Fable?

The best tools don't just curate; they save us from the endless scroll. Does v3 finally have a filter to weed out the AI slop, or do we still need human intuition for that?

The hard part of a tools directory isn't listing—it's curation velocity. The space moves faster than any static list. Editorial 'what actually shipped and works' beats another aggregator. Good to see v3 lean into that angle.
