People risk their lives too much in Nigeria. Assuming we have agency that is concerned with safety, the guy & the people that engaged his service should have been arrested.

No permit to work issued which should contain all safety protocol for that kinda work to be done. Anyhowness from both the contractor and sponsor who should ensure work being carried out on his property is not only done well but also safely.

It’ll sound odd but they actually did it correctly. All safety protocols followed. Accidents happen. Harness saved him.
