I just want to personally thank Mayor Zohran Mamdani for scaring away the billionaire class from NYC and helping bring billions in tax revenue to my district of Brickell Miami, where Ken Griffin’s Citadel is building its massive Class A office tower next to my office and bringing thousands of high earning professionals to the area. The economic shift into Downtown Miami is truly transformative. Billions in new investments, new jobs, new infrastructure, and a growing tax base can help fund schools, transportation, and the modernization of Miami as it evolves into the new Wall Street of America. This stretch of Ellis Street is an entertainment zone that we created to make it easier for food and music to take over our streets. The agreement will cut tariffs on products like Scotch whiskey and English gin sent to India, and Indian food and spices shipped to the UK. It's expected to add almost five billion pounds a year to the British economy and create thousands of jobs.

Without a doubt, Europe needs its own anti-ballistic capabilities so that the European way of life can be fully protected. We discussed what has already been accomplished together with our partners in this regard. The Prime Minister and I also signed a full-fledged drone cooperation agreement – a Drone Deal. It will create even more opportunities for joint production and technological development, and, most importantly, bring greater consistency to the exchange of expertise and the export of weapons.
