Why do guys let you post their niche strategy? Aren't they worried that they will give away their niche? Do they just want attention?

The uncle's credit is the whole business. I rent houses to people the banks already turned down. The premium is for being the only one who says yes, and whether it works comes down to how fast you can get the thing back when they stop paying.

Is this still doable in today’s market though?

Good for this guy, but Facebook Marketplace is also riddled with companies “renting” trailers that they don’t actually own. They steal them out of large distribution centers, create fake PPW and “lease” them to unsuspecting carriers.

Brokers are killing the trucking industry fyi. But glad he’s killing it.

Awesome!!!

Now I know who uses Facebook all day 😅

So who is responsible for maintenance and repair of the trailer unit? Who is liable in the event of accidents or people injuring themselves while in or on the trailer?

Using a chicken to lay eggs

The compelling part is the asset-light model: recurring cash flow without owning the trailers, with distribution doing much of the heavy lifting. Always enjoy your business takes, and @10_beth_ is another account I enjoy following.
