"I feel great about our team. This is my seventh postseason. I think at this point, where we are as a club - this is the best group we've gone in with. The way we're playing, health, different ways to beat you" - Aaron Boone

I started to walk on the path to peace after I lost my parents on October 7th and after seeing it in my vision. Today I reached Washington DC on the same day as the Tibetian monks reached it after walking for peace from Texas. We are at Lincoln Memorial. As Lincoln said:" The best way to predict your future is to create it." And the the future we are creating is peace, because The Future Is Peace.

"It would be great for the fans to see us at 100% and to give the fans the best fight possible. Let the best man win at their strongest form. ... Even for Conor Benn, I didn't put a rehydration on him. I know he's coming down. I don't care how big you are. If I'm at my best, I don't think you can beat me." - RYAN GARCIA on a rematch with Gervonta Davis

The question Sam Altman has been waiting for: “The thing to me that feels most psychologically inconsistent about myself is that I have for 20 years been using computers the same way. I now have a magic thing called Codex. So do you, so does everybody. That means I should be using my computer in a completely different way. I should not be clicking around pasting from one messaging app to another. I should not be scrolling mindlessly through my emails and trying to figure out which one is least painful for me to open and respond when I don't want to be dealing with it. I should not be keeping a to-do list and doing sort of these rote computer tasks in the same way that I have for so long. And yet there's something in my mind that is encoded that doing this kind of stuff is what it means to work and what it means to be productive. And if you asked me I would never say I like doing it that way. In fact I would say the opposite and I think I would mean it. I have a better way to do it now. I can do it faster. I can be using Codex for more of just my day-to-day to get through this stack of emails, to do this stuff on my to-do list, to deal with all these things. And I still do it that way. And it makes no sense other than I must secretly like it or feel good about it.”

Wrestling is always going to evolve over time. "I don't accept the best way was my childhood... I accept it was the way then and I accept that what we're doing now is the way now. I hate when the way now is downgraded because the way then way downgraded the exact same way. I lived through it so I'm smart enough to see this. I think this is the simplest thing in the world and for whatever reason I constantly get people who can't grasp it." - Dave Meltzer

"Success is not a continuum. Success is momentary. If I don't keep doing the things that I have done to be successful, somebody is going to try and pass me up. Challenge yourself to be the best you can be, because the other guy is trying to beat you."

Harry on how the album should be listened to “[…] And it became really obvious that it was music that was meant to be played and played loud. So I think everyone's different. The experience is the way that they like to experience music. Like I love listening to it alone in my car. I love listening to music with friends, and I think the album is you can have very different, uh, kind of journeys with it depending on how you listen to it. I love listening to it, like sitting still in headphones and listening to it that way. I love listening to it driving. I love being with friends.” - 102,7 KIIS FM

🗣️ Mikel Arteta on Declan Rice playing deeper this season and whether it is a deliberate change to his role: “He continues to cover the miles, but in a different role. It’s just to, I think, create the right synergies in and around the team and to put his qualities to the service of the team, especially in the way the opponents are behaving against us, which I think is really important. “And Declan can do it. You put him in a different role, he will do it. But at the moment I think he feels really comfortable doing what he’s doing. “He’s played with different partners in midfield and we’ll continue to adapt his game in relation to the needs of the team.”

Arteta on Lewis-Skelly's journey of the highs and lows: “I need to put the Myles Lewis-Skelly hat to understand how he's feeling. It’s a boy that he was playing with under 18s, 21s, that he wasn't even playing. He was playing a different position. “He comes in, he comes through. He plays in a completely different position that he's never played before. He's exceptional. Everybody's talking about him. He goes to the national team. He comes back from pre-season, and then it starts to realise that maybe it's not going to be a starter. “So you need to go through those emotions, not only you, but the people next to you as well, who are giving you advice. You have to navigate through that and that's not easy. “I understand that it's easy when it goes so well for you. When it goes the other way, the temptation is going to start to point to people. And I need to understand that. I need to guide him. And I need to give him my perspective. “The reasons why he wasn't playing that much, and he took it on board. Not the first one, after three or four times, I think he realised, OK, I think if it's not this way, I don't think it's going to happen.”
