Pls do sign the petition- One strength of Paracetamol One India. Link - Attached the editorial by Dr Prof Gitanjali B in the journal of pharmacology and pharmacotherapeutics (Sep 2011) Even if you don't give medicine to the child it's ok, but do not definitely give the wrong and high dose which can endanger a child's life. Don't be in a hurry to give medicines. There are so many instances of children going into coma or having seizures or having depression of breathing, because of overdosing. In India, many medicines like paracetamol, cough and cold medicines, vomiting medicines etc are available in various concentrations, but have the same name. So, the parents end up giving incorrect doses. Please ensure you understand the doctor's prescription properly (the name of the medicine, the composition, and the dose). Check the label aswell. Check the expiry date. Common mistakes-1. giving domstal drops instead of domstal suspension (eg. When 2ml of domstal suspension is prescribed and you give 2ml of domstal drops, you end up giving 10 times the dose). Recently I saw a video where an influencer was advising parents to carry Domstal in the travel kit. I wouldn't suggest you do that on a regular basis, because there are certain contraindications to using this medicine called Domperidone in addition to the possibility of potentially and fatally overdosing. 2. Sinarest drops, Sinarest syrup, Sinarest AF drops, Sinarest AF syrup, Sinarest AF New syrup etc- each has a different composition (not allowed below 4 years of age as per the latest Government order) 3. Maxtra drops and Maxtra syrup- different composition. (Not allowed below 4 years of age as per the latest Government order) 4. Ambrodil syrup, Ambrodil drops, Ambrodil S, Ambrodil D etc with different compositions 5. Crocin drops, Crocin 120, Crocin 240, P500 etc have different strengths of Paracetamol 6. Giving 2 to 3 cough/cold syrups on the same day with the risk of overdosing with one of the components. Pls pls check and recheck before giving medicines to children. Keep medicines out of sight and out of reach. FULL TRANSCRIPT OF ELON'S CYBERCAB AND ROBOVAN PRESENTATION 00:00 Welcome 01:16 Cybercab & Future of transportation 04:33 Cost 05:53 Timeline 07:13 Self-driving technology 10:05 Inductive charging 10:24 The cities of the future 11:04 Robovan 12:13 Optimus Welcome Welcome to the We, Robot party. We have quite a show for you tonight. I think you're going to like it. As you can see, I just arrived in the Robotaxi, the Cybercab. And there's 20 more where that came from. So they've been traveling, there's no people in them. As you can see, the car is just going by with no people. We have 50 fully autonomous cars here tonight. So you'll see model Y's and the Cybercabs, all driverless. You'll be able to take a ride in the Cybercab. There's no steering wheel or pedals. So I hope this goes well, we'll find out. You see a lot of sci-fi movies where the future is dark and dismal, where it's not a future you want to be in. So, you know, I love Blade Runner, but I don't know if we want that future. We want that duster he's wearing, but not the bleak apocalypse. We want to have a fun, exciting future that, if you could look in a crystal ball and see the future, you'd be like, yes, I wish I could be there now. That's what we want. Cybercab & Future of transportation So, when we think about transport today, there's a lot of pain that we take for granted, that we think is normal. Like having to drive around LA in 3 hours of traffic. Yeah, people that live in LA, I mean, you know, try to get from Pasadena to El Segundo during rush hour. You can fly to another city faster than you can get to LA. And you have to drive the whole way, unless you're in a Tesla. Of course, our Tesla already does quite well at this supervised self-driving. So, supervised full self-driving is actually working quite well. I'm sure there's people in the crowd who are using that. So, we'll move from supervised full self-driving to unsupervised full self-driving where the car, you could fall asleep and wake up at your destination. But there's also a challenge for a lot of people that cars cost too much. I mean, when you factor in everything that goes into a car and the car insurance and the car payments, storage of the car, it's very expensive. You say, like, how many hours a week are cars used? Your average passenger car is only used about 10 hours a week out of 168 hours. So, the vast majority of the time cars are just doing nothing. But if they're autonomous, they could be used, I don't know, five times more, maybe ten times more. So you could actually, for the same car, would have five times as much value, maybe ten times as much value. There's 168 hours in the week, and like I said, only ten of them are used for driving. And then, a bunch of those hours are looking for a parking spot, which can be pretty annoying at times. So, with autonomy, you get your time back. This is a very big deal. So it's not just, it'll save lives, like a lot of lives and prevent injuries. I think we'll see autonomous cars become ten times safer than a human. I mean, if you think of times past where there used to be an elevator operator in every elevator but once in a while, they get tired and accidentally shear somebody in half. Now, we have automated elevators. You just get an elevator and you press a button and you don't even think about it and it just takes you to the floor. And if you did see an elevator operator with a big relay switch, you'd be like, that's weird. That's how cars will be. And it's not just the lives saved in injuries, but if you think about the cumulative time that people spend in a car and the time that they will get back that they can now spend, well, I guess, on their phones or watching a movie or doing work or whatever you want to do you can think of the car in autonomous world as being like just little lounge. You're just sitting in a comfortable little lounge and you can do whatever you want while you're in this comfortable little lounge. And when you get out, you will be at your destination. So, yeah, it's gonna be awesome. Cost So, in fact, I think the cost of autonomous transport will be so low that you can think of it like individualized mass transit. The average cost of a bus per mile for a city, not the ticket price, because that is subsidized, but the average price is about a dollar a mile, whereas the cost of Cybercab we think probably over time, the operating cost is probably going to be around twenty cents a mile. Including taxes and everything else, it probably ends up being 30 or 40 cents a mile. And you will be able to buy one. And we expect the cost to be below $30,000. And I think there'll be an interesting business model where, let's say somebody is an Uber or Lyft driver today where they can actually sort of manage a fleet of cars and like, sort of manage, I don't know, 10, 20 cars and just take care of them. Like a shepherd tends their flock. You have a little flock of cars and you're the shepherd and you take care of your flock of cars. I think that would be pretty cool. I think it's going to be a glorious future. It's going to be really something special. Timeline We do expect actually to start fully autonomous unsupervised FSD in Texas and California next year. And that's obviously, that's with the Model 3 and Model Y. And then we expect to be in production with the Cybercab, which is really highly optimized for autonomous transport in probably, I tend to be a little optimistic with time frames, but in 2026. So, yeah, before 2027, let me put it that way. And we'll make this vehicle in very high volume. But well, before that, you will experience a robotic taxi via the Model 3 and Model Y program and model S and X, too. But the Model 3 and Y will achieve unsupervised full self-driving with permission, in wherever regulators essentially approve it. In the US, and then to follow outside the US. And Cybertruck, too. All our cars are basically, all cars that we make. Let's not get nuanced here. Self-driving technology One of the reasons why the computer can be so much better than a person is that we have millions of cars that are training on driving. It's like living millions of lives simultaneously and seeing very unusual situations that a person in their entire lifetime would not see. With that amount of training data, it's obviously going to be much better than what a human could be because you can't live a million lives. And it's also, it can see in all directions simultaneously and it doesn't get tired or text or any of those things. So, it will naturally be, like I said 10, 20, 30 times safer than a human, just for all those reasons. And I want to emphasize that the solution that we have is, AI and vision. So, there's no expensive equipment needed. The Model 3 and Model Y and S and X that we make today will be capable of full autonomy, unsupervised. And that means that our cost of producing the vehicle is low. Now, we are going to actually over-spec the computer for the Cybercab. So, our AI 5 computer will be somewhat over-spec'd because I think there's actually also an opportunity, sort of like an Amazon Web Services, where if the car is driving for 50 hours a week, there's still over 100 hours left and there's a potential there to have a massive amount of distributed inference compute, where if you've got like a fleet of 100 million vehicles and a kilowatt of efficient inference compute, you have 100 gigawatts of compute, which is really quite substantial. And if it's there, you might as well use it so that I think will make sense. So, our autonomous future is here. As I said, we've got 50 Teslas driving autonomously. We're trying to give you a sense of what cities will be like in the future. And when you get in, you'll see like, it's really quite a wild experience to just be in a car with no steering wheel, no pedals, no controls, and it feels great. So we have enough vehicles here, so everyone should be able to try it out and experience the set that we've built here. It's a very big set. So it's like really we've used I don't know, 20, 30 acres or something like that. It's really big. So, it goes on, the ride's long. And we set it up to feel like a ride, like a park ride. So, it'll be cool and you'll get to experience it tonight. Inductive charging Something we're also doing is and it's really high time we did this is inductive charging. So, the robotaxi has no plug. It just goes over the inductive charger and charges. So, yeah, it's kind of how it should be. The cities of the future One of the things that is really interesting is how will this affect the cities that we live in. And when you drive around a city, or when the car drives you around the city, you'll see there's a lot of parking lots. There's parking lots everywhere, parking garages. What would happen if you have an autonomous world is that you can now turn parking lots into parks. And so, from we're taking the inglot out of parking lot. You're welcome. So, there's a lot of opportunity to create green space in the cities that we live in. So, like, that would be quite fantastic. Robovan Oh, and also, what happens if you need a vehicle that is bigger than a Model Y? The Robovan. We're going to make this and it's going to look like that. Now, can you imagine going down the streets and you see this coming towards you? That'd be sick. So this can carry up to 20 people, and it can also transport goods. You can configure it for goods transport within a city. Or transport of up to 20 people at a time. The Robovan is what's gonna solve for high density. If you want to take a sports team somewhere or you're looking to really get the cost of travel down to, I don't know, 5, 10 cents a mile, then you can use the Robovan. One of the things we want to do, and we've seen this with the Cybertruck, is we want to change the look of the roads. The future should look like the future. Optimus Speaking of robots. Everything we've developed for our cars, the batteries, power electronics, the advanced motors, gearboxes, the software, the AI inference computer, it all actually applies to a humanoid robot. The same techniques. It's just a robot with arms and legs instead of a robot with wheels. We've made a lot of progress with Optimus. And as you can see, we started up with someone in a robot suit. And then, we've progressed dramatically, year after year. So, if you extrapolate this, you're really going to have something spectacular, something that anyone could own. So, you can have your own personal R2-D2-C3PO. And I think at scale, this would cost something like, I don't know, $20,000, $30,000, probably less than a car is my prediction, long-term. It'll take us a minute to get to the long term. But fundamentally, at scale, the Optimus robot, you should be able to buy an Optimus robot for, I think, probably $20,000 to $30,000, long-term. And what can it do? It'll basically do anything you want. It can be a teacher or babysit your kids, it can walk your dog, mow your lawn, get the groceries, just be your friend, serve drinks whatever you can think of, it will do. And, yeah, it's going to be awesome. I think this will be the biggest product ever of any kind, because I think everyone of the 8 billion people of Earth, I think everyone's going to want their Optimus buddy. And there's going to be maybe two. And then, they'll be producing products and services. I predict, actually, provided we address risks of digital superintelligence, 80% probability of good outcome, look on the bright side, the cup is 80% full, the cost of products and services will decline dramatically. And basically, anyone will be able to have any products and services they want. It will be an age of abundance the likes of which people have not, almost no one has envisioned. It will be something special. So now, one of the things we wanted to show tonight was that Optimus is not a canned video. It's not walled off. The Optimus robots will walk among you. Please, please be nice to the Optimus robots. You'll be able to walk right up to them and they'll serve drinks at the bar. I mean, it's a wild experience just to have humanoid robots and they're there, you're just in front of you. So yeah, with that, let's party!

I recommend that you watch the video first before reading. I will try my best to get you to believe that this is a life or death situation. Because it really is. Also I would like to remove any misconceptions and confusion. It does no one any good if my point is missed. Not me, not you. It is the thing I love most about prayer. So first of all, prayer is not an excuse to do nothing, hence my biggest issues when our respected men of God tell us just to pray. Look, when you pray for God’s protection in the morning, you don’t get out on the mainroad and jump in front of a moving car. No, you’d have to get to work by driving carefully. That is how you get the complete answer to your prayer. Second of all, I am not your typical anything, when you feel you have figured me out, reserve a little space in your mind for surprises (they are usually not bad ones). However you can always bank on that I will stand for Righteousness, Justice, Truth, Equity and Fairness So here goes, legislation that’s what I love about prayer. An exercise where precedences can be birth. There are different types of changes such as the swapping between two already existent things/experiences. However the biggest type of change is the one where the seen or usual or existent gives room for the never-seen-before or unusual or non-existent. This is what it means to set precedence. The making of Firsts. People who are spiritually deep know that, for something to achieve “being” then it didn’t exist before. And if “it” didn’t exist before, it meant there are existing protocols/workings/laws/principles ensuring “It” never be (comes into existence). So if “It” must be, then you may have to legislate a new Law/Act to make “It” be (come into existence) first in the spiritual and then watch out for its manifestation in the physical. The movie is an account of events that actually happened. This is a true life story. Not fiction, this is what makes the wisdom therein even more intense. This is why I speak in tongues, how else am I going to have access to the secret archives of spiritual information for which to build my case on. This is why Paul says the conversation is not with man but with God “howbeit he speaketh mysteries” 1Cor14:2. This is why God encourages you to present your strong reasons. “...let us plead and argue together. Set forth your case that you may be justified (proved right)". Why should you enact a new protocol? Why should a new Act be raised for you? Why should you have a one-in-town kind of favour/grace/unction/reach/influence/help/vision/sight/run/strength? Whatever the new thing you want is, what if it is a matter of life and death. This is what I meant at the beginning of this post. What if you want to start generational wealth for your progeny. FIRSTS a.k.a NEW THINGS usually either have to be birthed or be legislated. I will/may speak on birthing in another post. The point here is God is a Judge too, you can get him to rule in your favor, you just have to have done your research. Especially when your matter requires dealing with your Antecedents. (No matter how much she tried and wanted it your Mother couldn’t get pregnant until she was forty-five why should you have a child in your twenties? Because you simply want it?). It’s just that you are not (re)searching physical things, sometimes you are searching on spiritual protocols that predates Adam. That’s why Psalms40:7 says “Then said I, Behold, I come; in the volume of the book as it is written for me: Yes, really, or why do you think the Bible says “…for the [Holy] Spirit searches diligently, exploring and examining everything, even sounding the profound and bottomless things of God [the divine counsels and things hidden (and) beyond man’s scrutiny]” 1Cor2:10. Praying in tongues is a multifaceted multidimensional exercise. The Spirit of God is helping your spirit research, discern, articulate accurately and speak.

Dear David Coltart, WHY I CANNOT SUPPORT QUINTUPLE C: COLTART, CHAMISA AND CCC My attention has been drawn to your fraudulent and disgusting tweet you posted on my Twitter TL yesterday David, in which you quoted a tweet I posted four years ago on 22 January 2019 in memory of my father. I reproduce below both tweets for ease of reference: “I have always genuinely sympathized with you Jonathan - the loss of your father in such circumstances must be devastating. I just don’t understand why you continue to side with the party which brought such suffering to your family, and which still brings so much suffering.” – Tweet by David Coltart, 30 July 2023; commenting on my tweet below I posted four years ago: “1/5 On 22 January 1983 my father, Melusi Job Mlevu, was callously murdered in Tsholotsho by gukurahundi soldiers & the CIO. They tortured him upon his arrest & in front of his family; got him to dig a shallow grave, tortured him again; pumped bullets into his body & buried him!” – Jonathan Moyo tweet posted on 22 January 2019. Now David, are you really serious that you “have always genuinely sympathised with me”, because of “the loss of [my] father in such circumstances”? And since there’s no strategic ambiguity about the meaning of “always”, as it means exactly what it says, how have you “always genuinely” expressed your sympathy over all the years, since knowing about the circumstances under which I lost my father? The fact that your tweet yesterday is a response to a tweet I posted a long four years ago on 22 January 2019 – in memory of my father who was murdered by the Fifth Brigade in Tsholotsho on 22 January 1983 – shows and proves that you’re a fraud and a charlatan with neither sensitivity towards me and my family nor respect for us as Africans and human beings. All told, and typically of Zimbabweans of British colonial extraction and in particular of soul-free Rhodies, you’re contemptuous of our culture as a family and as Africans. You see David, it is fraudulent and utterly disgusting of you to claim that you have ever sympathised with me over my father’s loss. It’s actually patronising and very insulting in the extreme. Your fraud is clear even to yourself, that’s why you did not express your so-called sympathy when I first posted my tweet on 22 January 2019 in memory of my father who was murdered on 22 January 1983. In fact, until your fraudulent tweet yesterday, you had never before expressed any genuine or even non genuine sympathy for me and my family regarding the loss of my father on 22 January 1983. Even fools will immediately see that the key sentence in your tweet yesterday is not about your cruel declaration of fraudulent sympathy for me and my family over the circumstances of my father’s loss, a loss my family commemorated this year not yesterday but seven months ago on 22 January 2023, with no tweet of sympathy from you. The sentence in your tweet yesterday that captures what you really foolishly communicating to me is this: “I just don’t understand why you continue to side with the party which brought such suffering to your family, and which still brings so much suffering.” David: what I say, believe and do is without exception based on and an existential product of what I know, what I think and what I have experienced or lived. I never say, believe or do anything that I don’t know, don’t, I have not thought of or which I don’t believe. Now David, you pretend to be a democrat who believes in the rule of law as enshrined in the Constitution, so, what business of yours is my choice of what side to support or to not support in politics? Are my freedom of conscience and my right to make political choices freely now subject to your understanding, or are they my constitutional rights, as they are for every Zimbabwean, in terms of sections 60 and 67 of the Constitution of Zimbabwe? Are you aware David and do you understand that the Constitution in 67(1)(b) says every Zimbabwean citizen has the right “to make political choices freely”? And, David, are you aware that section 60 of the Constitution says every person, not just every Zimbabwean but every person, has the right to freedom of conscience which includes “freedom of thought, opinion, religion or belief”, and “freedom to practice and propagate and give expression to their thought, opinion, religion or belief, whether in public or in private and whether alone or together with others”. The fact that you quoted and abused my personal tweet I posted on 22 January 2019 in memory of my father who was brutally murdered by the Fifth Brigade on 22 January 1983 to say you “don’t understand why you [me] continue to side with the party which brought such suffering to your [my] family, and which still brings so much suffering”; shows that you are either ignorant of sections 60 and 67 of the Constitution of Zimbabwe, and proves that you are a fraud and a charlatan with no constitutional values. Why do you want to police my freedom of conscience and my right to make my political choices freely? Just why do you and your lot in CCC, think that you can interfere with my freedom of conscience and my right to my political choices that are guaranteed to me by the Constitution of Zimbabwe? If you and your lot were genuine democratic change champions, as you claim and purport to be, you would be the first to understand and to propagate freedom of conscience and the right to make political choices freely as sacrosanct constitutional values and principles that must be respected for every Zimbabwean at all times. But this has not been possible because you are frauds and charlatans. Now, your attitude towards me, the one captured in the disgusting tweet you posted yesterday, leads me to conclude without any fear of being contradicted that you are a frivolous and stupid person, David. Otherwise, if you care to know, there are three months that are cruel to me. October in which I lost my daughter Zanele in 2015, November because of what happened to me, my family and some colleagues during the 2017 military coup – it was also on 11 November 1965 that Rhodesia under which you blossomed, unilaterally declared independence – and 22 January the dark day on which my father was murdered. These are traumatic days for me in the calendar year. You see, I was a student in California in the US when my father was murdered by the Fifth Brigade in cold blood on 22 January 1983, having gone to the US before independence in 1977. When this awful tragedy happened, I did not know who my father was. I was born when my mother was barely 16 years old, and I was raised by my maternal grandparents who, like my mother, did not want me to know who my father was for reasons best known to them. Although, as I grew up, I understood their position from our cultural perspective as Africans, it nevertheless profoundly pained me. Truth be told, I was most grateful and I still am to this day, that my grandfather was a great father and my grandmother a great mother to me in ways that made me who I am today. I got to know who my father was well after I had graduated with my doctorate in 1988 and long after his gruesome murder, about which I was first told only 10 years ago. Since then, while it's been a profound rebirth for me to connect with my father through the loving Mlevu clan at large, I owe my dear sister Simiso an existential debt of gratitude. Through her, my kids have a hand-holder gateway through which to know about their grandfather. I really thank God and the spirit of the Mlevu clan for Simiso. The fact that I was born on 12 January, and that my father was brutally murdered on 22 January, makes the month of January an unbearable time of anguish for me, more so given that my father and I never met in life. When four years ago on 22 January 2019 I posted the tweet that you abused yesterday with reckless abandon, as you exposed your disconnection from the African experience, I was existentially troubled by the worst that could have happened to me and to my family on 15 November 2017, which got me thinking about what happened to my father, and even more troubling against the backdrop of the events of November 2017, I was devastated by the fact that I never met my father, and I spent the better part of 22 January 2019 wondering what life could have been for me had I known him in life and grown up under his parental care and guidance. You see David, maybe this is not true of people of European ancestry like you but, for many Africans it is very common for kids to be raised by their grandparents, like I was. As things turned out, I grew up knowing many such kids as my peers, the majority of whom never got to know who fathered them, some of whom are leading very successful lives in society as you read this. Unlike them, I was fortunate to end up knowing who my father was, but I was unfortunate not to have met him, and even more unfortunate to have known of him long after his death, made worse by the tragic circumstances of that death. I do not have a fly by night connection with Zanu PF. When I finished my high school in California, I proceeded to university there for my undergraduate education on a scholarship I got through Zanu PF. While an undergraduate, I was the political commissar of the Zanu PF branch in Los Angeles. I did my masters and doctoral degrees with academic scholarships endorsed by Zanu PF and underwritten by the Government of Zimbabwe through a staff development programme at the University of Zimbabwe. Having gone through Mgagao run by Zanu PF, and having gotten university education to the highest level under the auspices of Zanu PF, I have a long history and experience with Zanu PF, and with Zanu PF people whose complexities define who I am as an adult Zimbabwean, for better or for worse. It's my history, I'm proud of it and I own it. It’s an inescapable truth that each individual, and each therefore each person has a unique existential history best known to himself or herself, family and to a small cohort that has been intimate parts of that personal history. It's hopelessly foolish for someone to hope to prescribe a history on anyone. Every human being is who they are. And it's a fact not exclusive to me that my association with Zanu PF has not always been rosy. Life is a personal struggle between the person or the individual and the social formations through which life goes on. It’s common cause, that the military coup was a traumatic experience for me and my family and that it was profoundly painful and life changing in untold ways. It’s also common cause and not surprising to any normal human being that I blamed Zanu PF for that traumatic experience. Anyone else in my situation would have done the same at point or another. Yet the bigger story is that I, my family and my colleagues survived that 2017 ordeal with the very direct, active and truly genuine assistance and support from Zanu PF people. Working with other African Angeles, and I emphasize African Angeles, it was Zanu PF people who made sure that we were able to be safe and to get out of the country to be where I am today, all of them at great risk to their lives or livelihoods. In 2017 I was saved to be alive today by Zanu PF people. During the life threatening 2017 ordeal that my family and I went through, there was not even one person associated with the opposition as it was then, or as it is today, who reached out to find out where I was or how I was doing. It is common cause, some of it is documented, that many in the opposition then and who are still in opposition today, actually wanted me dead, all because of my political differences with them. You David Coltart, who now wants to pretend that you “have always genuinely sympathised with me”, never inquired after me. That’s why I think you are a monumental fraud and a charlatan. I repeat, I was helped out of the traumatic ordeal in 2017 by Zanu PF people, not by anyone from your lot David, not even one. Of course, at some point and largely because of the 2018 general election I found myself connected with some of your lot, especially Nelson Chamisa and others who were close to him or working with him i the election campaign, as the MDC-A presidential election candidate. I will not rehash that story here, as it has been told very well by many others. From my experience, and the lessons I have extrapolated from the late Vice President Joshua Nkomo, such as on the attached video clip, I have come to better appreciate that it is a mistake and wrong to a understand and define a political party with a deep-seated background and history like Zanu PF in terms of its leadership; rather, a grounded political party with a long history is necessarily defined by its founding values, constitution and membership, not least because the membership is permanent while the leadership comes and goes. By the same token, I have come to better appreciate that the mistakes or excesses of the leadership of grounded political parties with an entrenched history should not automatically or reflexively be ascribed or attributed to or blamed on the membership. On 15 November 2022, Patrick Zhuwao and I wrote an open letter to Zanu PF members to precisely make this point. I am attaching herewith a link to that letter, lest you missed it. It’s a self-explanatory letter which contextualises and explains everything that I did and said between 15 November 2017 and 14 November 2022. It also explains why do not support Nelson Chamisa and your CCC. I stand by the contents of that letter. In this connection, I draw your attention and that of your lot to an interview done by the late VP Joshua Nkomo in 1983 – which is attached herewith as already mentioned – in which Nkomo explains why the Fifth Brigade was not a Shona issue. Although Nkomo made it clear that gukurahundi was a political and not a tribal issue, I have come to understand and appreciate that it was a political issue not in the sense of Zanu PF as a political party in membership terms but, rather, in the sense of the political leadership and, more particularly, of individuals within that leadership. However, given your utter contempt for sections 60 and 67 of the Constitution of Zimbabwe, I do not expect you to understand the dangers of painting a tribe or a political party with one brush, or to understand the misguided consequences of conflating the leadership of a political party with the party’s membership or even of treating the leadership of a political party as a monolithic formation that always acts in concert. Basically David, and just like Nelson Chamisa’s trolls, it's clear you believe that you can abuse my personal and tragic circumstances to blackmail me for your doomed political purposes in two ways. First, you think you can abuse the circumstances of my father’s brutal death to somehow generate cheap and outrageous propaganda for yourself, Nelson Chamisa and CCC that I support Zanu PF which killed my father, and you do this under your self-indulgent presumption that everyone who is in Zanu PF as a political party is murderous by definition. Second, and based on this falsification, you’re abusing my tragic personal circumstances regarding my father’s loss to blackmail me into supporting you in particular, given my attack on your imposition as CCC's Ward 4 councillor candidate in Bulawayo; Nelson Chamisa and CCC . Your outrageous position is that if I cannot support you, I must keep quiet about you, under the ridiculous presumption that you’re all by definition virtuous, competent, capable, the only and best democratic alternative for everyone in Zimbabwe. On the back of sections 60 and 67 of the Constitution of Zimbabwe and drawing from my knowledge, thoughts, experiences and received wisdom from the late VP Joshua Nkomo, I have dealt with your self-indulgent presumption that Zanu PF is a monolithic formation with undifferentiated leadership and membership structures, in which you take everyone in it to be murderous by definition. In light of the fact that you invited this intervention by your disgusting and intrusive tweet you posted yesterday, and because we are age mates, I conclude my rejoinder to your offensive tweet by telling you what I think about you, about Nelson Chamisa and about CCC. David, as a former member of the Rhodesian security services which were murderous and which committed unspeakable atrocities across Zimbabwe and beyond its borders into Zambia and Mozambique, you have no moral authority to pontificate about human rights or anything of the sort. You David Coltart operated in Matabeleland where you did dastardly things, some of which you narrate in your autobiography and many of which you will take to your grave untold, because you never faced a commission of inquiry to be grilled under oath about your service in the Rhodesian security services. The fact that a person like you has remained active in Zimbabwean public affairs for 43 years since independence is a huge credit to our national politics because, with your background in the Rhodesian security services, you would not have survived this long in public life elsewhere. It’s mind boggling that Chamisa has imposed you to run for Ward 4 councillor in Bulawayo, after you were resoundingly defeated in your party’s Ward 4 community candidate selection caucus in which you were clobbered and you came a distant last among the contestants. Thanks to your being power hungry, you have made it possible for everyone to see that you’re a fake democrat and a charlatan who believes in the imposition of candidates. Your criticism of what you say is Zanu PF's undemocratic practices is hollow and hypocritical. Furthermore, it’s shocking is that Chamisa is bent on imposing you from Harare as Bulawayo mayor. You don’t qualify for that position not least because you do not speak the language of the local community in Bulawayo despite having been born there 66 years ago. Unlike Members of Parliament or Senators, whose chambers conduct their business mainly in English, Councillors and Mayors work in the local languages of their local communities. For the above reasons, and as an expression of my freedom of conscience and my right to make my political choices freely, I do not and cannot support you at all David. As for Chamisa, having worked closely with him between 2018 and 2021, I came to the settled conclusion in November 2021 that he is a dictator with a very dangerous God complex, in that he sees himself as having been chosen by God to lead Zimbabwe, and more ominously, he claims to have direct communication with God who has the last word on what he should do or say in public. In politics, that’s an unworkable Jim Jones proposition. Because of his God complex, Chamisa is visible only when there are elections as he was in the 2018 harmonised general election, March 2022 by-elections and now for the 23 August harmonised general election. After he ditched his supporters in August 2018 when he called them "ma stupids" [stupid people], in January 2019 and in July 2020, his unavailability to provide leadership when his supporters needed it triggered a viral political joke that: ‘in Zimbabwe there are three things that are unavailable when you need them the most, the UN, a condom and Nelson Chamisa’. But even more telling aboutChamisa is the shocking way in which he has used CCC since its formation in January 2022, and particularly in the party’s candidate selection for the forthcoming elections, to ruthlessly purge the opposition. It's been scary and it explains why the opposition in Zimbabwe today is the most clueless and the weakest since independence in 1980. How can a democratic change champion insist on running a political party with no constitution, no structures, no bank account and no accountability? I cannot support a leader like that. There’s nothing more dangerous in politics than, a young 'popular' dictator with a God complex. My conscience and freedom to political choices freely do not allow me to support a leader like that. As for CCC, it has no ideology, no values, no constitution, no structures, no bank account, no policies and no other visible office bearers besides Chamisa, Gift Siziva, Fadzayi Mahere and Amos Chibaya; and it has not been launched to boot. There’s just no way anywhere on earth that a political formation like that can be supported by rational people with rational expectations. That’s why I cannot side with you David or with Chamisa or with CCC. You’re not “the alternative”, you’re just a worse and more dangerous alternative which can only be supported by polticidal people who do not mind moving from the frying pan into the fire! A person asks Sadhguru, “How much weight training exercise do you recommend?” And Sadhguru answers, “Weight training is not useful, but do 25-50 Surya-Namaskars, it is complete exercise.” First of all, I am not sure why anyone would ask someone like Sadhguru, who is most of the time, in another dimension, a question on exercise and weight training. And secondly, Sadhguru is just plain wrong. Weight (or strength) training is one of the most important aspects of exercise regimen you can include in your daily or 3-4 times a week physical activity because there is great science behind its benefits. I advise my obese or sarcopenic (very poor muscle mass in advanced liver disease) patients to include weight training to improve clinical outcomes. The highest level of scientific evidence showed that standard muscle-strengthening activities were associated with lower risk of death in patients with non-communicable diseases – including cardiovascular disease, diabetes and lung cancer. Another metanalysis showed strong evidence for a considerable risk reduction of strength training for 60 minutes a week, on all-cause death (−15%), cardiovascular disease death (−19%), and cancer death (−14%). See here: here Sadhguru says the older we get, the better we do not weight train. He is again absolutely wrong. The findings of another systematic review/metanalysis support power (strength) training as an effective therapeutic intervention for improving physical function in adults diagnosed with frailty (poor physical function in old age) and patients with chronic medical conditions. See here: In fact, another study on strength training, this one again a metanalysis, concluded that strength training interventions can be used as a non-drug treatment for hypertension (!), as they promote significant decreases in blood pressure. See here: Strength training also reduces significantly, chronic inflammation as shown in another high quality systematic review and meta-analysis. See here: Resistance/Strength training improved muscle mass and muscle strength, thereby improving performance status. Improved performance status is a wonderful benchmark for an active and healthy life. See here: Even in fatty liver disease, independent of weight loss, exercise training was associated with 3 and a half times more meaningful treatment response towards lowering liver fat. Strength training is a powerful tool to maintain liver health. See here: and here Now Surya Namaskar. Surya Namaskar or Sun Salutation is a sequence of around twelve yoga poses connected by jumping or stretching movements, varying somewhat between various Yoga schools – which means, it has no regulation or standardization unlike weight training. In Iyengar Yoga there is a way, in Ashtanga Vinayasa Yoga there is Type A and B and there are other types followed by other schools or Yoga teachers. Along with the stretching and jumping, which is done is a slow and steady manner, the practice includes chanting a “mantra” calling out twelve names of the Sun God. In its classical form, Surya Namaskar is not an exercise, and is not aerobic. The energy cost of exercise is measured in units of metabolic equivalent of task (MET). Less than 3 METs counts as light exercise; 3 to 6 METs is moderate; 6 or over is vigorous. American College of Sports Medicine and American Heart Association guidelines count periods of at least 10 minutes of moderate MET level activity towards their recommended daily amounts of exercise. For healthy adults aged 18 to 65, the guidelines recommend moderate exercise for 30 minutes five days a week, or vigorous aerobic exercise for 20 minutes three days a week. Surya Namaskar in its classical form has a measly 2.9 METs and in its rigorous form (some people perform mutated highly active forms of Surya Namaskar to make it feel like an exercise) can go up to 7.4 METs – which requires a lot of jumping and little stretching and no time to chant the Sun God names - does not even come close to strength training by any margin. Those who are part of the Surya Namaskar and Yoga cult would provide anecdotal experiences on its benefits (please see comment section) through non-classical forms and would call it an “exhilarating experience.” Experiences are not scientific, evidence are. Many Yoga journals and some dubious and third rate Ayurveda journals have also have published on such experiences in small group of patients, which are not validated or published in better journals [like this junk here: There are no metanalysis level data to prove effectiveness of Surya Namaskar as beneficial as aerobic exercise or better than strength training as Sadhguru claims. Do Surya namaskar if you are doing nothing. But upgrade to strength training if you want something. And stop listening to pseudoscience peddlers who speak religion and culture for your healthcare needs. Sadhguru suffers seriously from Dunning Kruger fallacy: a type of cognitive bias, where people with little expertise or ability assume they have superior expertise or ability. This overestimation occurs because of the fact that they don’t have enough knowledge to know they don’t have enough knowledge.

5 years 🐭 • 5 years I’ve been sick and injured from this poison • 5 years I’ve been mainly bedbound and unable to work as a RN, where before my jab I was once healthy, in the best shape of my life & ready to start a family • Now I’m 40, disabled & can barely do my Activities of Daily Living • I am around 25-30% functional on a good day with having only about 4-5 good days in a month • I still have spike protein persistence 5 years later and will continue to produce them until i die bc there is no off switch- i also have t cell depletion along with CD3, CD4, & CD 8 cells- so it has wiped out my immune system completely- aka VAIDS • Before becoming a nurse, I was blessed naturally with a freakish athletic ability and talent • Any sport I played I excelled in, especially softball, basketball and volleyball - I started playing softball when I was 4 years old •In high school i lettered in varsity Volleyball, Basketball, and softball all 4 years. I earned so many accolades in softball and was a super star in my state—I was a 4 time all county, 4 time all conference, 2 time all region, 2 time All state shortstop and pitcher, County player of the year, and 2 time State Champion 👊✊ • Those were the happiest days of my life. After high school I went on to play college softball at a D2 school instead of going professional or playing D1 to be close to my family after my moms death my senior year. • I played 2 years of college ball and broke a few records my freshman year one being stolen base record: I was quick like lightning and my fastest time clocked in running to first base was 2.78 seconds in 40 feet 🐭 Of course I was lead off batter. I would get on base, steal 2nd and 3rd and would get hit home to score every time😃 I was also being scouted to play professional softball but pursued being a nurse instead. • I am now confirmed, diagnosed and a documented adverse reaction to the mRNA vaccine with temporal association due to symptoms occurring 8 hours after my injection • My past medical history only consisted of a pollen allergy which I took daily Claritin for, mono as a teen and chicken pox as a child—That’s it —No surgeries, or other problems • I now suffer not only with being in cytokine storm, but also a bunch of new onset diagnosis that it has caused—POTS (postural Orthostatic tachycardia syndrome) , MCAS (mast cell activation syndrome) Mthfr gene mutation, tremors, muscle mass loss, neurocognitive issues, monocyte and macrophage activation with all three monocyte likes expressing S1 Vax spike, mitochondrial failure, nitric oxide pathway failure, shingles, ebv reactivated, hot flashes, ovarian failure, severe adrenal insufficiency, leaky gut, hypertension, inappropriate sinus tach with pacs, pvcs, and ventricular trigeminy, adhd, depression, anxiety, ptsd, ocd, extensive hair loss alopecia, skin rashes and bumps, syncope, dizziness, tinnitus, shortness of breath on exertion , amyloid fibrin micro clots and activated platelet cascade, joint pain and swelling, palpitations and the list goes on • I speak out about my injury bc this poison needs pulled from the shelves ASAP and investigated because it is a threat to my posterity 💜Just Keep Swimming💜 Nurse Lyndsey (video is from summer 2022– when i was able to formulate a sentence again i haven’t stopped speaking out since)

Multiple Indian companies are saying it's really easy to get work in New Zealand Now that I've started looking for these promotional videos by Indian companies, I've found way too many, which is really concerning. Why has National, Labour, and ACT "sold us out" by signing the India-NZ FTA that will make it even easier? It's already way too easy. With the example below, you'll see that nearly anyone can get in. Here's a quick example: "If your age is between 18 and 55 then you can work here" "The cost of this visa is between 18,000 to 20,000 which is $325 New Zealand Dollars" "You can earn from 2 to 3.5 lakh rupees per month [$6,571 NZD p/m]" This will be the last example I post. It was posted yesterday and specifically targets low-skilled jobs that were typically taken by our Pacific neighbors, students, those who can't find full-time employment, etc. Here's the translation to about two thirds of the way through - the rest was repetitive so I didn't include it: TRANSLATION: "So guys New Zealand's seasonal visa has started. If you want to work on New Zealand's seasonal visa for a year, in this video i will guide you step by step how you can get New Zealand's seasonal visa. What are the requirements of the documents? How much is the cost of the visa? What is the process time and what is the age limit? You will get all the details in this video so keep watching the video till the end. So basically, you can do apple picking on seasonal visa in which you can earn from 2 to 3.5 lakh rupees per month [$6,571 NZD p/m] and you can also do your fruit picking job as a Cherry Picker, Grab Picker, Pack House Worker, Orchard Worker, Pruning Worker, Farm Worker, Meat Processing, etc. If your age is between 18 and 55 then you can work here. You can work as warehouse worker, housekeeper, cleaner and farm worker. You can apply even if your education is in 8th or 10th or 12th grade [NZ NCEA Level 1 - NCEA Level 3]. Both male and female candidates can apply for this visa. To apply for New Zealand seasonal visa, first you have to do a job application. Job application is shown on the screen. You can go inside and do job application. If you don't know how to do job application, you can contact me. I will give you all the numbers. We will apply for you and also make a professional CV and cover letter of New Zealand format. This is the first step: - First you have to do job application - After that CV is selected - After that company gives you sponsorship letter - After that you can apply for this visa The cost of this visa is between 18,000 to 20,000 which is $325 New Zealand Dollars and after processing time you can get one or two weeks visa. And friends Indian, Pakistan, Nepali and Bangladesh also can apply for this visa So i am showing you how you can apply for this visa so guys if you want to work on New Zealand's seasonal visa many people are confused about which country they can go to and which country they can't go to I am going to clear that too. This visa is a fixed length of stay, you can stay here for maximum 11 months and in some cases if your employer sponsor you for 1 year, then you can stay here for 1 year.... The processing time of required seasonal visa is 80% in 4 days and sometime in 1 or 2 weeks. Tis is the total process time if your age is between 18 years and 55 years. If you are physically fit and can lift maximum weight from 25 to 30 kgs, you can apply for this visa but you should have an offer letter from New Zealand. Through this letter you can apply for this visa and you will get the visa for only 20,000 rupees. You cannot bring your family with you for this visa you can only apply as an individual and you can work here. So one important thing here is that you can't change your employer or company. You have to work where you get a sponsorship...." Translated using Whisper AI Original Source: Copyright Authority: Fair Dealing

We are so quick to ask for prayer when we are poorly, but not as quick to thank him for the result. I wanna get better at because I'm still here, and that... is a miracle, thank you, Jesus 🙏 When someone asks for prayer, you know they are not ok, as it actually takes a lot of courage to ask for prayer and admit you aren't coping. But society doesn't teach us that. We all put on that brave face. How about you just be YOU, exactly how you come today, and then how you come tomorrow and so on. So many more people will be touched as they gravitate to the vulnerable sides we dont like people to see. No one can be strong all the time. But at the beginning of this now 6 month fight, I would try and be whom I thought people expected me to be, but there comes a time you can't pretend, and I am realising that is OK as well. When you have no choice but to just "be," that's when you find your true self. It doesn't mean that a loud, vibrant person isn't me either. It just means I'm stripped back atm and taking a step back to heal. One can only get back up so many times, before they fall and stay there for a while, and that's me now, and I have now learnt that it is also OK as well. During these times of absolute stripping back, I like to call it, you lose energy very quickly. So, during your "healing journey," many follow and offer help, support, and love, and as the journey goes on, it gets less than a few less again. Then you get to the point where people just don't know what to say. Because you know what? Either do I? I feel like if I explain every detail to someone of the last 5 years I've just met, they wouldn't even believe it could happen because I still struggle too. My best friend Nadine wrote this song for me, and I've used it to show you some really personal pictures of the last 6 months fighting golden staph and then sepsis. Keep in mind these are the good pictures, I tried to take the confronting ones out. This journey is still ongoing, and It's been in this time that EVERYTHING has started to crash around me, literally.... I was and still feel numb, I didn't want to talk, and some days I still don't want to. Don't take it as a sign against you. I need to learn how to take off everything that has crashed around me first. I'm still on the floor and I've realised that it's ok to stay there for a while as well. I nearly died twice in the last 6 months, and sometimes I ask why I didn't? Because after 20 years in pain, it's a long road with very few walking companions. I cry thinking about my beautiful son Colby, who has had to watch this journey nearly his whole life. I wish he didn't have to, but then part of that is what makes him, him as well. So there is ALWAYS a purpose, and there is ALWAYS a reason. Man, I am proud mumma of the man you have become❣️ So I hold on to that last string of hope I still have, well let's say a peice of cotton, in the hope that when my story is read it will help other people, and maybe change lives, because for awhile there I was actually brave enough to write it. I realise managing to sit in the sun for 30 mins in the morning is heaven. Sitting for meals and then back to bed is the reality, but I hang on to "I sat in the sun for 30 mins today." Then slowly but surely I will lift off the things that have fallen on top of me, one at a time, and start finding my way back. Because my small circle is unfailing, never changing, always loving, accepting of any way I come and always available. I am loved and so very blessed 🙏 I'm extremely grateful for all the messages, and if I haven't replied, you now know why, but I have read them ALL, and I thank you. They continue to encourage me. Thank you ALL so much, Much Love Always Emma xx ❣️

I have a story about addiction from a different perspective. A story where recovery was not possible. I have one sibling. An older brother. Everyone loved him. It was easy to love him. He died 10 years ago. It was a horrible death that took him 20 years to accomplish, dragging everyone who loved him along the way. He was an amazing musician. He didn't read music. No lessons. Hand him any instrument, and he can play it. He had a big heart. He was easily the funniest person I've ever known. And he is the only other human being who speaks fluent movie-script-quotes with precision and skill. But alcohol took over in his mid-20s. Bam Margera is just 2 years younger than my brother. He reminds me of my brother *so* much. Everything Bam and his family went through with his addiction is what my brother and family went through. My brother left high school because he was a gifted songwriter and musician. Bam left because he was a gifted skater. My brother was really into editing and producing films, and so is Bam. When Ryan Dunn died, and Bam went off the deep end, I was watching my brother do the same thing every time a strong emotion hit him, and he simply didn't know what to do with it. My brother was so beautiful on the outside, yet unrecognizable at the end. I can not tell you how many times my brother would go missing. Hundreds of times. He would sometimes go missing for up to a week. Then we'd get a call from the police or a hospital. Usually, the hospital would be first because he'd be near death. Then they would keep him on a 5150 at a mental health facility. Then he would come home. One time, he chased me with a knife in his hand, screaming he was going to kill me as I was running out of my parents' home on a cordless phone dialing 911. I found a fifth of vodka in his room and poured it down the drain. He went looking for it 20 minutes later, and it was empty...and I told him I poured it out. When I was 24 years old, I landed my first job that came with an office. My name was outside of it. I was stoked. I worked my ass off to get there. But there was no happiness at that time in my life. I remember my father calling me at work, sitting in that office, to say he was coming to pick me up because he knew where my brother, who had been missing for 4 days, was. The credit card he stole from my mother showed he was at a little oceanfront motel 10 minutes away. And I remember thinking to myself on the way over there...I have to open the motel room door. I can't let my dad see him hanging. It will destroy his life. I told my dad to wait about 10 feet to my left, and I opened the door, and there was my brother fashioning a sheet into a noose. Another time he went missing, and they found him on the roof of a building with the inside of his arms slashed from elbow to wrist, just lying in a pool of blood. Dark shit. Both of the insides of his arms were mutilated from being sliced open so many times. At least 30, if not more. He stopped wearing short-sleeved shirts in public about 10 years before he died. He got to the point of seizures when he withdrew and had alcohol-related dementia for the last 3 years of his life, which would come and go. Then one day, after 2 decades, he called my parents and said something was wrong. My parents went over to his place, ended up calling 911, the ambulance got there, and he started walking outside with assistance from paramedics and collapsed. In front of my parents. He was rushed to the hospital. I had not seen my brother for the last 9 years of his life. He disowned me. Because he felt he had to. He killed my dog when he got drunk 9 years before he died. No one knows if he meant to or not, he was so wasted. He couldn't face me after that. So he disowned me. And a piece of my heart died the day he did it. I talked to my parents right before they left to see what was wrong that day. The last thing I said to my dad was, "Do not let him die without me having an opportunity to say goodbye." My dad called me from the er 2 hours later and said, "You should come over now. He won't know you're here." When I got there, I was shocked at what I saw. He wasn't the right color. He was in a coma. Severe internal bleeding. On life support. It was jarring even after seeing him in a much similar state hundreds of times for such a long time. He was taken to the ICU 3 hours later, where they would transfuse blood by the bag damn near constantly, and it just shot out of his nose. It was bloody. A lot of blood. After about 6 hours, I told my parents to go home and get some rest. I would stay with him. And I talked to him like he was right there. Like one of the hundreds of pillow-fort slumber parties we had as kids. Like no time had passed, and his addiction never existed. I showed him pictures of my life over the past decade on my phone...just like he was there. But he wasn't there. And after 3 hours and extensive talks with several doctors and specialists, I had to make the decision to remove his life support. After my parents returned and said goodbye, I told them to wait out in the hall until he passed because I could not allow them to have the memory of him dying, and I returned to my brother's side, and said what I needed to say, bawling my heart out. I told them to turn off the machines, and I held him in my arms as he died. It took just over 7 minutes. And I just held him. I had Nine Inch Nails playing for him. One of his favorites thanks to Pretty Hate Machine. He was a fan for life after that. He was my best friend. But he was also someone I had to protect myself from if he was intoxicated. This is the end that usually becomes a reality for addicts and their families. Then there's someone like Bam Margera. He went to the same place my brother went to in his head. And he came back. Bam is one of the greatest comebacks ever and a story of recovery worth knowing. I see YouTube shorts of Bam skating again every day, and I'm so moved that I just sit here and cry. You can see his personality is back. You have no idea how rare that is. Their personality shows very little while they're in their addiction. Recovery stories are incredibly personal to so many people, including those who have gone through addiction with an addict because they love them so much...they'd see anything they had to see and endure anything they have to endure just to be there with them at their lowest point. Addicts are not monsters. The stuff they use to numb the pain they do not understand is the real monster. And when you put enough of that into a human being, they do things they would *never* do without it. People are not pure. We are more complex than that. We are good and bad. Light and dark. Right and wrong. Chaotic and serene. You will find that the answer to every question you have about life is usually "both" for a reason. Because one can not exist without the other. With recovery stories like Hunter Biden's and Bam Margera's out in the ether, more people will be less ignorant as to how this disease plays out, and that will do nothing but good for so many families struggling with this issue. Addiction isn't just for the addict. Addiction is for everyone who loves them, as well. It's just a different perspective of hell. So listen to recovery stories with renewed respect because most addicts end up the way it ended for the only sibling I'll ever have.

🚨NAFO Please Read🚨You are not alone🚨 We are at a pivotal moment of Good VS Evil My story: So............. as one man, I have made little difference to help Ukraine, like the rest of us, I have done my part on Twitter working my NAFO 9-5 alongside my real world 9-5, donating when I can, fighting disinformation. Whilst trying to live a normal social life and trying to be a good family man and father, like many of us, son's, daughters, mothers, dad's grandad's and grandma's, aunties, uncles.... Normal people, not soldiors. And as one person, this hasn't been much. Not you or me. None of us, alone, have made a single difference. Our Story: You feel week... because your voice isn't loud enough, not enough people see or understand your anger and hatred for Russia and the fucking evils that they do. You feel frustrated because the people around you, such as your family and friends, don't understand why this fight is so important to you? You live in a foreign land to Ukraine, why is it your fight, why should you care, why does it bother you? There are no bombs dropping on your families when you sleep....... You go to work and you don't have to run to bomb shelters midday rather than taking lunch whilst getting coffee..... Who gives a fuck right? But you, NAFO. Have something inside yourself, Love, Compasion, Knowledge and Understanding. You do not live blindly. You can not look away from the fucking evilness of the Russian scumbag dictators. This is why you are not alone, and why we are all the same, and why this is a family. This is why we love and respect each other. We come from so many different countries, our countries used to hate each other and compete, we were in some ways racist in our misconceptions of each other, but Ukraine brought us together. through the devastation of our souls through the pain of seeing what Russia did and trying to do to the Ukrainian people every day, we realised, we are the same and we only speak different languages and eat different food. But inherently, we are human, we live to love the people we care about, and we can sympathise with people we do not now, people we have never met, and with a nation we have never been too..... because, we are human... anything else is inhumane..... anything else is despicable and disgusting and inexcusable. You cannot distinguish this from the start of World War 2. You cannot tell how this is not the same. When good people fail to do enough. And the devastation that followed. But we are here. Regardless of a belief that this would stop in Ukraine, which it won't. We know that just for this one country, this is too much, this is not okay. And that we will never fucking turn a blind eye. Every day we care, and we do small things, small things that multiply, and together we achieve big things. Together, we have been fucking fierce and mighty, a force to be reconned with. Something that cannot be stopped. We know within ourselves that we will never stop fighting and doing what we can. People may not understand us. But i'm reaching into my heart and telling you. What YOU do. YOU the person reading this. You have changed opinions. You have stopped at least one person believing Russian propaganda. YOU have saved at least one life, Atleast. Through your passion of being a good fucking human. You have made a difference in this world. Never underestimate the power of us. We have learned to love each other through the devastation in Ukraine, We have learned how important these people we never knew are to us. Never give up on them. Now, this is nothing, but I'm sure we all know there are people among us that do things that we cannot fathom or understand. The gods among us that started charities, and took physical action, we must always help them in any way we can. You have no fucking idea how much a $2 donation means to them, a £5 donation rather than buying a coffee, they turn our everday money into life saving money. The smaller donations are the backbone to many of these charities, they keep them going. You would not believe the power of many. Please donate and give what you can. If you cannot give, then I admire you more, if you struggle yourself, then it's more commendable to care about people across the world struggling in different ways rather than thinking about yourself. But one thing we can all do is share the cause we support. Give them exposure, and make them understand we believe in their causes. Remember, that in the future, when Ukraine is free and Russia is done. We can tell our children, our grandchildren........ That we did our part. And that we did, just a little and did what we could, but we never turned a blind eye, and we never looked away. My final and personal part. I want to say thank you to 桐生 信之助 for giving me constant amazing media. You have a great team. And I hope you understand that I wanted to use your material in some of my videos to give people hope. You seriously produce some amazing material with a very talented team that is putting out a truthful word in a sea of propaganda and hate. I have joined all the videos I have made so far everyone. And I hope this video as a whole gives you hope in the sheer power of Ukraine when it has its friends behind it. What it can do with our countries backing, and why it is so important. Ukraine will never give up, Ukraine will never surrender. And we should never give up on it. Never underestimate how much your support can multiple across many. Please enjoy this 19 Minutes and 21 seconds of sheer Ukrainian Power and Hope. People fighting for good, their families, and the right to simply call themselves Ukrainian. All footage and video here was filmed by braver people, i simply cut it into pieces and then put their work together and added music to it. Slava Ukraine 🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦 And glory to whatever country you are from, if you care too. We are not just Ukrainian or NAFO or NATO, we are fucking Human and this is what we do! #NAFO

If you’re still into web3 gaming, here’s why you need to pivot to Fableborne: 1. We have true, data backed, battle-tested conviction in Fableborne from a core loop, player progression, and marketability perspectives. 1a. Pixion Games, our studio creating Fableborne, has killed 5 games prior to Fableborne. Emotional ties, hard work, and lots of time went into those 5. But as we know in game dev, you have to cut your losses when you know it won’t be a hit. Gaming is a hits driven business. You either create a mega hit, or you die. The space is too consolidated to be good, great or exceptional. You need to be a hit. 1b. So why didn’t we kill Fableborne and why do we believe it will be a hit? If you’re doing it right, each game you “kill” should get you one step closer to your hit title. Time not wasted, and taking learnings along the way. As I said above, we’ve performed marketability tests and battle tested Fableborne over and over. When the data is as strong as it was for Fableborne, you go all in. Now it’s up to our team to execute and deliver. 1c. Speaking of the team, how do we know that the people looking at this data I’m talking about know how to use it and execute upon it? I can go on and on about every one of our 25 team members, but let’s look at 2 key players: The man leading the charge Kam, our founder, does not lose. I see lots of Pokemon and Magic The Gathering TCG fans in Web3. Well Kam was given the impossible task of talking Yugioh at Konami, and beating out these two giants. He grew Yugioh to a 9 figure market in Europe and crushed them both. If that isn’t impressive to you, I SUMMON POT OF GREED AND DRAW TWO ADDITIONAL CARDS! We have Maria | Fableborne. Lots of you web3 mfs post about the Grand Exchange and say RuneScape streets raised you. Maria, who leads our Product and Game design was the product manager at Jagex/Runescape for their live-ops and player UA funnels. I give you free armor trimming in Fableborne. TLDR, our team is stacked and the best in web3. 1d. Now does all of the above guarantee success? Of course not. But in this space you have the luxury of being able to place bets on success. Our conviction in Fableborne is more than strong. Our testing (pre-tge might I add not after 🥴) indicates we could have a hit on our hands. Which is why we are also confident in Fableborne leading the charge for $POWER and Power Protocol. You don’t launch a token without max, data backed, battle tested conviction, and we have it in droves. 2. The game creates viral, organic hype. Much to the dismay of our community, Fableborne has only been live and playable for about 10-11 weeks in the last 14 months. Believe it or not. Yet it’s still touted as one of, and to many, the best game in web3. When we turn it on, it has taken over the timeline and CT mindshare every single time. Millions in earned media from true organic UGC. We haven’t done massive creator prize pools, info-fi slop, “ambassadors” who are paid shills renamed as ambassadors who are ambassadors for 50 different companies, etc. we’ve worked with some creators for sure, but the hype is real at large. For example, we’ve worked with Kyroh, but it was not part of any of his deal to acquire 3% of our NFTs. He does that because he has max conviction and wants to be king. 2a. The above has been with Fableborne at ~35% of its full potential. It will only get more fun, more complete of an experience, more powerful. Some of these new systems will be available for you in S4 👀 I’m running out of characters. Join us. join Fableborne. Sentiment on gaming is at an all time low . Probably means there’s no better time to get in. If web3 gaming needs a hero , it just might be us . Gn

LASIK Seemed Like A Miracle, Until It Started Ruining Lives. Chronic Pain, Vision Loss, Even Suicide...& The FDA Stays Silent. Dr Cynthia MacKay, MD 100% Suffer From At Least One Complication. 75% Suffer From Permanent Dry Eye Syndrome. 44% Lose The Ability To See At Distance. Dr Cynthia MacKay & Dr Morris Waxler, vision scientist, Neuropsychologist & former Branch Chief of the PRK/LASIK team at the US FDA, have spent many years trying to end the corrupt, harmful & sometimes fatal consequences of LASIK eye surgery. Spending over 25 years caring for patients with severe eye damage, visual defects & lifelong suffering due to this dangerous, flawed practice. Yet, even to this day, with the corpus of knowledge available to legislators & surgeons, the harmful procedure continues unabated, unchallenged by those in power that could put a stop to it. Why? the answer is clear: $$$, Money is at the heart of the problem. Surgeons are becoming very wealthy & the US Government receives its healthy share of the proceeds. 10 Shocking Facts Doctors Never Share With Patients Prior To LASIK Surgery For True Informed Consent: 1⃣ After you have LASIK, there is a 100% chance you will no longer be able to distinguish between subtle shades of grey. 2⃣ There is only a 30% chance you will be able to throw away your glasses. 3⃣ You have a 74% chance of developing “dry eye syndrome” after LASIK. Your eyes will feel as if sand is pasted inside your lids & they will burn as if they have hot pepper sauce in them. The chance this pain will be with you for the rest of your life is close to 100%. “Dry eye” is a misnomer. The “dryness” is actually nerve pain, caused by destruction of corneal nerves during LASIK. 4⃣ You have a 50% chance of developing glare, a 40% chance of becoming sensitive to light, a 30% chance of blurred vision & a 10% chance of difficulty driving at night because of halos around lights & ghost images. These problems are permanent, not temporary. You may be unable to function in dim light. You may have to give up driving at night. If your job requires functioning in dim light, you may be permanently disabled. 5⃣ The LASIK flap never heals completely, so you have a lifetime risk of flap dislocation after minor trauma & infection underneath the flap. 6⃣ 20% of LASIK eyes do not stay stable. They either go back to being nearsighted, or become farsighted, or fluctuate from one to the other. Some eyes continue to fluctuate in vision for as long as twenty-five years. 7⃣ Even if you see better at distance, you will have other problems you did not have before LASIK. For example, people over 40 will have to wear reading glasses. 8⃣ LASIK thins & weakens your cornea, which put it at risk of Ectasia, which means the cornea bulges out, like a tire bulging at a weak spot. As it sags outwards, it gets steeper & steeper, and more & more warped. This causes irregular astigmatism that cannot be corrected by glasses or soft contact lenses. Your vision will become more and more blurred & distorted as Ectasia progresses. The only way to treat Ectasia is to use hard contact lenses, or get a corneal transplant. Ectasia develops 25 years after LASIK. 9⃣ LASIK stretches & weakens your retina. The risk of retinal detachment is 2,000X greater after LASIK. 🔟 7 years after LASIK, most patients are unhappy with their vision. Over 30 LASIK eye surgery-related suicides reported & many more suspected. Countless more are suicidal, blind, visually disabled, or in incapacitating pain. Tens of thousands in the U.S. alone with post-LASIK corneal ectasia. LASIK surgeons hope the public never finds out. They tout high short-term "satisfaction" to fool the public & the media. They have abandoned the Hippocratic oath to DO NO HARM. 👇LASIK Surgery Makes Healthy Eyes Sick👇 👇Suicide After LASIK: Chronic Pain Syndrome👇 👇LASIK Surgery Harms & Complications👇 Speaker: Alex Clark & Dr Cynthia MacKay, MD Podcast: @cultureapothecary

"We do it again. We do it again. We do it again. Because, this can't be. The problem is..it be. No matter how skeptical you are, be as skeptical as you'd like, but there it is." ~Bengston (This is what Mick West said he doesn't find interesting and thus, he doesn't want to interview Bengston. The truth? IMO, he's scared shitless to take on Bengston as there's too much data to refute. Psi (or whatever this is) is real and this is one of the more interesting claims in the world. How could you NOT be interested in this? How about you, Michael Shermer?) "We re-injected the mice without any treatment, and the mice were immune to cancer." ~Bengston (It's the 1970s on Long Island. A skeptical Bill Bengston is working as a lifeguard at the town pool and meets a guy, Ben, who claims to be psychic. No matter what tests Bengston comes up with, Ben passes with flying colors. Then Ben starts healing people. But how to know if they were being healed with Ben's psi or something more prosaic? Did they change their diet? Supplements? Conventional medicine? Not everybody came back so it was very hard to know. So Bengston moves to the lab where Ben would try to cure mice of a cancer that has killed every mouse ever injected within 27 days max. At the last minute, Ben drops out and Bengston is forced to be the healer.) ~ Bill Bengston: "If you watch a few hundred healings, at first it's exhilarating, but after a while it's frustrating. Because you don't know what, why, where, when, any of those things that someone interested in serious inquiry might be interested in. You were just looking at people coming in, some benefit occurred. People leaving. Sometimes they didn't come back. Sometimes it took more than one treatment. Sometimes it happened pretty quick. I think I was the fastest ever (Bengston says Ben healed his back after one short treatment). But what did? "So you come in, you have x, it's a famous algebraic disease. You have x, and you leave better. Now maybe it's the multiple treatments, you know, whatever it may be. But you leave better. What did it? Was it time? Because people get better over time. Was it belief? I didn't think it was belief, because I wasn't a believer. I was an experiencer, but not a believer. Was it the food you ate, the food you stopped eating, the grapefruit you had in the morning? I can't...I don't have the head to wrap myself around clinical questions like that. I never know why something happens, because there's too many variables and such. "And so, after watching a couple hundred healings, taking part in a couple hundred healings, I decided to...I gotta go past this. And I ran into another guy who was watching this, somewhat parallel to me. A geologist, pretty well known (David Krinsley ~Joe). And we said, 'What can we do to test this? You know, the phenomenon is seriously interesting. What could we do to really test it so that if healing occurs, there's no viable counter hypothesis.' "And at the time, he was the head of the geology department at City University of New York, and he said, 'I got some favors owed me, let me see what I can find out in the biology department. I'm pretty good friends with the chairman of the biology department there.' "And so he met with the biology chair, and he said, 'Well, let me poke around in my department and see what we can do.' And he said, 'I got the perfect study. There's a mouse model of cancer that has 100% fatality. Never been an extension of life past a month after it's been injected with cancer. There's thousands of journal articles written about this mouse and this cancer. Everybody around the world knows this mouse and this cancer. If you're in oncology, you know this mouse and this cancer, and [there] has never been a cure.' "I said, 'Let's do it. Let's find out what we can do.' "And at the time, I had no idea what to expect. So I was thinking, 'Well, maybe we can extend the life towards a month. Maybe it won't be a normal curve distribution, maybe it'll be a negatively-skewed distribution. And maybe the mouse will live to the end of their lifespan and all that. "We had no idea what to expect. "So we got a cage of mice. I held the cage of mice for an hour at a time in the lab at Queens College, City University, and we watched as the tumors grew. And I was sure this was failing. And incidentally, I'm almost always wrong. I expected, if we got to the mice right after injection and we treated them a couple times, enough, every day - we didn't know - if we treated them every day, they wouldn't develop cancer. I was thinking, you know, it's something like radiation. You know, you go, 'Zzt, zzt,' and you zap the mice and the tumors, or the cancer cells die, or something along those lines. I was thinking conventional oncology. "And so, I put my hands around the cage of mice, treated them every day, the tumors started to grow anyway, and I wanted to call off the experiment. You know, it shows you how much I believe. I got talked into going a couple extra days, and the tumors developed these blackened areas. And I said, 'Let's call it off, didn't work. You know, we tried it. Didn't work.' "Go a couple more days. Tumors started to ulcerate, and so there was this raw part of a tumor. And I said, 'Would you pay attention? It doesn't work!' Couple more days. And then the tumors suddenly imploded, and the mice were cured. They weren't remitted, they were cured. And by that, I mean it wasn't a suppression of symptoms, it wasn't a temporary reduction in symptoms. It was...there was no cancer in the mouse at all. "And it's farther than that. We re-injected the mice without any treatment, and the mice were immune to cancer. Now that's reasonably interesting. "So, first thing you do is, I, as a skeptic, go, 'Umm, this doesn't make any sense (laughs). Let's do it again. But let's not do it with just me, let's do it with some volunteers.' "So I had a couple of faculty volunteers who thought this thing was insane, and they were right. So I had a couple of faculty volunteers, they got a couple of student volunteers. All non-believers, no experience in any of this hocus pocus. Taught 'em the little technique that I had developed. They treated the mice, the exact same pattern: Tumor grows, blackened area, ulceration, implosion, full lifespan cure. "We do it again. We do it again. We do it again. Because, this can't be. The problem is..it be." (Both laugh) "It's just, you know, no matter how skeptical you are, be as skeptical as you'd like, but there it is. You know, I deny this gravity, you know? I don't believe in gravity. There is gravity. I don't believe in this healing. There is healing. "I just finished, recently, my twentieth mouse experiment, I'm a little slow. I've done it in, I think, six medical schools, equal number of other biology labs. And I just finished at Tokyo University, multiple strains of cancer and details you don't care about. "And so, I have done, at this point, twenty mouse experiments, multiple medical schools, many cell experiments. I've done many experiments. That's the really short version. A hundred years truncated into a couple of paragraphs."

The Cover Up: It is a fact that the 9/11 Commission engaged in a cover-up, and several of its members have said so on the record for more than a decade. But what exactly is being covered up? WTC Building 7: A 47-story building collapsing onto itself because of residual fires and structural damage might seem implausible at first glance, but if the building had been rigged with explosives then why were there no signature outward explosions like you would see in other controlled demolitions and why did the collapse look different from other examples? Also, if the building had been detonated, it would have been the largest and tallest building ever brought down by explosives (even today), and it would have had to be rigged over weeks if not months in absolute secrecy. Insider Trading: Just as with the collapse of WTC 7, the options trading activity on American Arlines (AMR) and United Airlines (UAL) stock in the days leading up to the 9/11 attacks may seem damning at first glance, but is it really? Here are four points to consider: (1) According to the 9/11 commission’s own report, a single U.S.-based institutional investor with “no conceivable ties to al Qaeda” purchased 95 percent of the UAL puts on September 6 as part of a trading strategy that also included BUYING 115,000 shares of AMR on September 10 (worth ~$3.4 million on the morning of 9/11). (2) Similarly, much of the seemingly suspicious trading in AMR on September 10 (resulting in an unusually high put/call ratio of 6.09) was traced to a specific U.S.-based options trading newsletter, faxed to its subscribers on Sunday, September 9, which recommended these trades. It is also worth noting that exactly one month later on November 12th, American Airlines Flight 587 crashed shortly after taking off from JFK, killing all 251 passengers and 9 crew on board. Three days before that crash the put/call ratio on American Airlines’ parent company was nearly 8. So how unusual is 6.09 really and why wasn't this crash also an example of insider trading? (3) Furthermore, the purchasing of stock options does not itself imply a directional bet. More often than not, options are used as part of a hedging strategy, so simply noticing that a company or individual has taken out a short position on a company does not itself imply that his or her portfolio will benefit financially if the stock falls and certainly not by the amount implied from the options purchase alone. (4) Lastly, it was reported by Bloomberg News on September 20, 2001 that insurance companies saw anomalous trading activities as well ahead of the attacks. Specifically, Citigroup Inc., which had estimated that its Travelers insurance unit would potentially have to pay $500 million in claims from the attacks, had about 45 times the normal volume during three trading days before the attack for options that profit if the stock falls below $40. Citigroup shares did indeed fall slightly below that target. While the options trading on AMR and UAL seem less likely to have been insider trading given the explanations provided and the easy traceability of the trades, the multi-step trade on Citigroup’s share warrants a better explanation IMO. That said, one may have already been provided, in which case, the public should be made aware of what it is if that hasn't already happened. What is Being Covered Up? While I’ve reviewed a decent amount of material on 9/11 in the last 24 years and spoken with many primary sources, the best book I can recommend that provides a more believable explanation for the nature and intentions behind some of the cover up can be found in Ray Nowosielski’s and John Duffy’s “The Watchdogs Didn't Bark”. Both authors appeared on the Hidden Forces podcast last September, as has former 9/11 commission member senator Senator Bob Kerry in 2018 and again in 2024. I should also mention that while the authors are well-intentioned, intelligent, and caring people, I’ve also received critical feedback about their interpretation of the facts from people who are in a position to know, muddying my confidence in event their own explanations. This said, it is clear that there was a cover up and that the cover up extends to the CIA and to the Saudi Royal family, but how benign the explanation may be will probably never be known conclusively. Concluding Thoughts If history is any guide, 9/11 is one of many historical events about which endless information will be reproduced, almost entirely in the form of fiction to feed an insatiable demand by the public for meaning-making and entertainment. The more interesting (and answerable) question to me, as someone who lived a mere 15-min walking distance from the twin towers on that day is why after so many years has this topic and others like it been elevated to the highest levels of public consciousness in my lifetime? I have a thoughtful answer, which is informed not only by my investigations into the subject, but also by my own life experience having been black-pilled in the early 2000s on this topic, knowing many of the early players involved in unearthing its details, and having been the creator and producer of a popular daily news program on Russia Today, on which much of today’s most popular right-wing programming would fit perfectly. If I had the time, I would write it all down, and maybe I will one day or perhaps record a podcast series on it. I'd like to, because we are living through the most profound cultural and political revolutions in American history and I don't know how many people truly understand how far back (and where) it all leads...

Long rant, but worth it, please read & share. A bunch of businessmen, some quite famous, sit around a table discussing the "business of alcohol." So far so good. Alcohol is good business, a business that leech out others life. It rakes in money for governments through taxation & monopoly; and fattens the bank accounts of those behind the industry (like this round table group) and makes barons out of those who sell well. But when these businessmen, start glorifying their business of alcohol by equating it to "good healthcare intervention," it goes definitely into the realm of health misinformation, which is why, I have to keep discussing this absolutely garbage myth that "alcohol in moderation is good for you" and the absolute nonsense disclaimer to support that myth, which they call "drink responsibly." You know, first of all, it is easy for these rich men and women to glorify their alcohol business and discuss their high flying life, because "God" forbid, if they ever land with diseases related to alcohol - from strokes, to cancers to liver disease to mental health disorder - they can afford the best care out there. I treat alcohol use disorder and related acute liver disease, chronic liver failure and acute-on-chronic liver failure (the most devastating of them all with highest death rate without a timely liver transplantation) on a daily basis. I am not even saying "almost on a daily basis" - it is daily. Every single day from Monday to Friday - both in-patients, as well as out-patients. Patients and families struggle to make ends meet for proper healthcare because alcohol use destroyed their life savings. And by the time they find the funds to get things going, the patient is already on the ventilator and in multiple organ failure. They use the money to bury the dead person - killed by alcohol (normalized by round-table discussions like these) and the rest of the money, go toward the fatherless childrens education. Nice going? To claim drinking alcohol in moderation is good, is actually a crime. It is a crime towards humanity, it is not in good-faith --> it is in good-faith to run the business yes, because the many people who use it occassionally, move on to frequently, and then get dependent or "routinize" it. These businessmen have nothing to lose - because they have already put up a stupid disclaimer to get away with it - "drink responsibly." So it becomes the drinkers fault. But then is it really? Drinking alcohol is a choice. But drinking more alcohol becomes "not" a choice anymore. The first drink takes your brain. It reduces brain volume, gives you a dopamine kick, makes you happy. And then onwards, you are alcohol's slave. The drinks increase. Or a routine sticks. The alcohol controls your life. You have to drink to stay happy. And then the serotonin (the actual happiness hormone, not the pleasuring one like dopamine) cease to work inside your brain and the mental health disorder that follows will swallow you whole. You die. Your family is brioken. There is no money left. If you are lucky and rich like these people sitting around this table doing this nonsense of a podcast, then you may be able to afford a lifesaving organ transplant or healthcare intervention. There is no safe level of alcohol that is good for human health and every person who claims drinking in moderation is good for you, is actually an idiot, intellectually depleted and without any regard for fellow humans and lack compassion. No amount of alcohol is safe because it is not just a liver poison, it is systemic poison. It gets to every part of your body. Even single to lowest exposure can wreck your DNA and promote cancer formation. There is scientific evidence to this. ✅️ ✅ Any amount of alcohol can increase your chances of getting at least 7 types of dreadful cancers. ➡️ & ➡️ It is not just disease causing, but alcohol use is also a societal poison. It drives people into becoming menace to society, takes lives, wrecks havoc in homes and is the real widow-maker. Have you forgotten these so quickly? 🔴The 17-year-old Pune boy, son of a renowned real-estate developer Vishal Agarwal, spent a whooping Rs 48,000 in just 90 minutes in one of the two pubs he visited on Saturday evening where he consumed alcohol with his friends before ramming his Porsche Taycan into a motorcycle, killing two young techies. and this one? India’s alcohol deaths are higher than China; per capita consumption is set to rise: WHO And please allow me refresh your memory about this patient of mine. Rich business people can sit around a table and discuss the business of alcohol and the "best alcohol" that they savor and falsely glorify and normalize alcohol use among youth, but end-of-the-line physicians like me have to bear the brunt of their intellectually deficient, a humanism lacking stupid conversations. "The 4th Laddu": Doctor Shares Emotional Post About A Patient Who Touched His Heart Also banning alcohol has NOT led to economies go into shambles. For example a recent study in the Lancet Regional Health showed that "strict alcohol regulation policies may yield significant population level health benefits for frequent drinkers and many victims of intimate partner violence." In fact, "economic savings and health benefits from reduced alcohol consumption may be substantial—particularly in the health sector with reduced alcohol-related disease and injury." So please chuck that idea that "banning/ limiting or reducing alcohol sales" actually desroys economies. In fact it improves it because you get a helathier population. See the Nordic Schema: “A comprehensive ban on alcohol marketing, enforced at the national and local level, is a best practice for reducing alcohol sales and consumption." - which means, podcasts like these, which glorify alcohol use and market it indirectly must also be burned to the ground and held accountable. There is no healthy or safe alcohol. There is no best alcohol. Alcohol is ethanol, which is a systemic and societal poison. Do not glorify it. And this why there is no "responsible drinking," because you cannot advice people to "drink poison responsibly." Podcast discussions like these are helping no one here. Please, do something that actually helps people out here. Do something good for the society, instead of goofing up like this. No one asked for this absolute bonkers of a podcast topic. Irresponsible. The whole team. For a realistic detailed discussion on alcohol and its effects on the body and why we must avoid it at all costs, please see my deep discussion with Ranveer Allahbadia here: And on that final note, I must confess that the title of podcast series (video below) was perfectly named: WTF.
