Today’s market I think he’s a $50-55m guy and I think that would be a great deal for the Niners. I’m a believer in Brock. Kid was one play from a ring. And I think he has more upside to come. He can play in the pocket and scramble and make off schedule plays. His mid-deep ball has been a bit off this year but generally very good.

I really love that this kid is QB1. Not sure how contract negotiations shake out but I am sure it will be for the betterment of both sides. Not sure what that number looks like but I think it will look like what Brady did for years in New England to keep talent on the roster. How could you not like him and the way he plays?

I am going to put my money and hopes and dreams on Purdy takes a 40 mil deal and the 49ers make other big signings to fix struggling areas.

He doesn't want or need to set the high bar for QB money. If he gets similar to Jordan Love, he'll be fine. IMO he is at least as good as Love and Tua. He is better than Lawrence.

Guarantee he would view $1M as life changing money. So agreed, bet he doesn’t push for the max and winds up taking something like $45/50M. Still a lot, but not top dollar

I think he’d like to receive a competitive salary based on what he’s accomplished and can, but I’d like to believe he also has Championship runs in mind as his focus. Communal achievement and Legacy seem far more important to him and his message than just being the highest paid QB

And that wasn’t that great of a motivation either.” Naval continues: “Now looking back in my career, I was most successful when I did projects because I was genuinely curious about them… Following my own intellectual curiosity gave me insight that led to good investments, startups, and outcomes.” Today Naval is in a position where he doesn’t have to do things for money or status, so he only works on products he wants to see exist: “What’s a beautiful thing I can make that wouldn’t exist if I didn’t put effort into it?” he asks himself. “And what people do I want to spend all my time around?” Naval reflects: “The truth is that when your material desires are somewhat met, you end up extremely bored… When you don’t have to hustle for a living, you’re like, ‘What do I do?’ You’ve lost your purpose in life. Because of its roots, VTubing always seems to idealize going corpo or "making it big" but there are still people who genuinely DO NOT CARE. I am a vtuber because it's fun, streaming is a hobby, and I would prefer to hang out with friends who share my interests rather than my boomer doctor coworkers who only talk about boats and golf?? I've streamed this sporadically for the past eight years, and becoming an anime man on the internet did not change anything about that. I quadrupled my follower count in the past few months from some silly posts, and yet I have zero desire to chase growth as a metric for my own personal achievement. I already have a career that I enjoy and dedicate myself to, and vtubing is something that will always take a backseat to that. But I can certainly still enjoy my time as doctor irl doctor vtuber saikenMD without having to submit to this notion that my investment needs to pay off in sponsorships, networking, or scheduled content creation. Joining a company to control my brand, hiring a manager to give advice on things I do not care about, or using my name as a code to get 10% off on whatever, is not something that is going to help me accomplish what I want to do here. Sometimes, I'm just answering medical curiosities for people who do not have anyone else in their lives whom they can ask. I do not need to turn a profit to consider my creative outlet "worthwhile," I literally waste money doing this stuff; but that's okay BECAUSE IT'S GENUINELY A GOOD TIME!!!!! like just let me live damn
