I was raised in Germany- so after moving to Oklahoma one evening a friend la mom invited me over for dinner for goulash. I was so disappointed when i basically got spaghetti with elbow macaroni 😂 i was used to that spicy thick broth and tender meat chunks 😂

That’s not a traditional Goulash (Gulyás)- that’s a soup lol While it has some of the ingredients it’s a bit off…. Also SMOKED PAPRIKA is the best for this dish ~ I make Hungarian Goulash quite often…
