I worked for a chair rental company once , we took chairs from churches , sent them to sex swingers clubs , then a few days later will be at a kids birthday party .. it's actually insane and I learned never ever rent chairs or anything...

would be faster to have a pressure washer and pump sprayer with soap solution. just lean them up in groups and spray down with soap, brush if needed and rinse.
