After getting 2 different accounts hacked/fell to scams, I'm like a nervous reck when I get sent a DM or something goes slightly wrong, my fight or flight kicks in. That fear will not subside for hours.

I am always so hyper aware of everything around me it’s become my natural state of being. I gotta make sure I don’t smell, I don’t overshare, I don’t get too distracted, and so many others. On the bright side it’s helped me start to think in 3D so that’s good
