I'm glad that he has decided, after two years, to visit Manipur. He should have gone long before. It's very unfortunate that he allowed the situation to continue for so long, resulting in so many deaths. This isn't in line with the tradition of Prime Ministers in India; regardless of party, they would visit during times of pain and suffering. That's been the tradition since independence.
