The Boondocks was so ahead of its time.

Voice actor? This happened in real life.

He was having too much fun 😂

solid pfp honestly

that clip where they show Fred Willard doing the voice acting & then seeing this clip got me dying RIP to that legend

Fred Willard voiced him

This scene shows how amazing the writers for this show are. In the real life news interview the teacher stopped giving examples at "nigga please". And so the writer's just had him keep going with a ton more examples of how the word was used.

How is a nigga going to borrow a French fry? Nigga is you gonna give it back? Lmaoooooooo

y’all know this was real life right lol

Nigga, iz you gon' give it back? So fucking hilarious every time.😂😂

Here is the behind the scene clip on the N-word episode.

Him in the booth

Is you gonna give it back 🤣😭

How can someone borrow a “French fries” 🍟?!

Wasn't this parodied from an actual real-life event? Boondocks did that a lot, lol - the kids who stole his mom's car too take his home boys for a ride, and then reporters interviewed the kid, and it was wild lol

Never gets old

Apparently, Aaron McGruder made a special note to be at the studio when Fred Willard was in to voice this. Because he felt that watching Fred, of all people, saying the N-Word that many times in a row would be the funniest thing he would see in his life.

"Granddad, Riley thought it was his name until he was 3 years old!"

Honestly the boondocks is one of the best animated shows ever made and we definitely deserve a reboot or rival of the show

Any white dude that had to hear this word everyday for years in school would understand this dudes frustration completely. This episode was so funny to watch.

😂

He brings up a good point. How does one "Borrow a Fry"?

The late, great Fred Willard.

“The voice actor” and it’s this legend (Fred Willard)

The funniest part to me is when he says "I swear I didn't use to think this way".

bet they didnt stop laughing behind the mic 🤣

Fred Willard was on a roll on this one!!

I miss this show so fucking much. Boondocks would have so much material if still exist today.

RIP my guy
