IMO The fresh flowers are much more beautiful and elegant

So many seem 2b unaware that balloons are filled with a latex powder. Don't used them to make ice cubes for consumption or you are poisoning yourself. Plus, realize your guests could have latex allergies, they are very common & can get contaminated even if this is just decoration

A lot of effort for a less than mediocre display.

You don't need balloons for that just get milk cartons and the square will quickly melt to a rounded shape and you can set the flower much better
