honestly, not that great edits. Like the idea but not the end result at this point

I think with actual direction it would perform much better.

Crazy how it added the list one the witeboard like it thought that was the place they would look best at .

Very cool… maybe give the agent some thematic direction (your style preferences, etc). More animation/graphics & data callouts will help with total view time and management of attention span… 😎🏆 (For what it’s worth - I prefer your videos with your unfiltered commentary versus pre written AI scrubbed commentary. It’s easy to tell the difference and the content is just a little more flat when it’s pre-written by AI.)

Great that you’re testing the capabilities of the tools. It’s not perfect and it’s rough around the edges with the zoom ins and the text animations but it got you a viable final product. Curious how much did it cost? Are you also able to tweak the video edits yourself afterwards if you wanted to?

Yes all the edits are in DaVinci so it's available to tweak literally anything. Not sure how much it cost it was all done on my monthly subscriptions.

If you can’t see beyond the small flaws of this pretty decent video and into the future, maybe listen harder to what he’s saying.

curious what the cut actually looked like. AI edits tend to nail pacing but kill the weird instinctive moments a human would've kept.

Pretty decent output! Just today I set up an open source library with Grok CLI to create clips from video and it also had a pretty good result. I ended up listening to this four times because I started playing it just as I started carving up some steak and my hands were messed so I couldn’t stop it. 😂

Cut detection is a statistics problem more than a taste one. I score frame-to-frame difference against a threshold derived from that footage, because a fixed number works on one clip and misses everything on the next. Choosing which cuts to keep is still the edit.
