Gravity is also “just a theory.” Evolution is supported by genetics, fossils, observed speciation, and multiple independent lines of evidence. Calling that “belief” while treating an untestable creator claim as knowledge is the actual category error.

Look at these mortals; they want to fit God into their idea of what a creator should be, yet if they were in His shoes, they would do far worse. Just look at how governments deceptively treat their citizens with the little power they have.

Dawkins clearly does not understand the relationship between the Old Testament and the New Testament. I will say this – Dawkins must be very faithful because it takes a hell of a lot more faith to believe in the fantasy of evolution as the origin of life then it does to believe in creation ex nihilo.

Though I am strong Pantheist, I differ from Mr Dawkins faith assertion. There is clearly a fundamental misunderstanding of the biblical text description of faith. The Bible text description portrays faith as an “active exercise”. The “exercise” itself is the substance of (grounds for) what is hoped for and the evidence that what is hoped for is not yet seen. For example, you work for a salary. Your work is the grounds for the salary, and the evidence that you hope for a salary that is not in that moment, received. Therefore, the popular claim that faith means believing without evidence misinterprets that Biblical passage. Faith is not the absence of evidence; rather, faith—is a deed or action—that is itself the evidence of one’s conviction concerning what is hoped for but not yet present/seen. So basically, faith consists of one’s deeds and conduct. Faith is not an empty confession like many have been lead to believe. This is also the logic behind Paul claim that faith without works (deeds, action) is dead (without life/Power). The deeds or action is the substance and the evidence.

So many unfortunate comments here, I just want to say that maybe you guys should pay more attention to why there is so much negative attacks on Jesus Christ, and what he represents to us humans. Jesus is a path to salvation, a great fill for life contentment, created by the huge void of confusion, greed, and the immense racial & cultural division in the world today. Jesus Christ represents the only true path man might actually have to make sanctuary after death. Listen, You atheist might disagree, disregard and question logic, you might want to explain life, patterns and existence scientifically, but it doesnt always result to proven and satisfying answers. There is EVIL in this world, GENUINELY, the type that isnt just from the thoughts of a mere human mind, but EVIL created and controlled by beings beyond our imagination. It cant be scientifically proven by any math or physical logic, it is true, it exists and it interferes with our lives on earth, it is responsible for so many wrong things with its effects taking place through most of the global elites. It creates power, wealth and the control over global resources & events. You dont need to agree, it wouldn't change anything even if you do agree, but choose not to be naive by not discarding that idea that it is true becuase it is. Now, why am I saying this ? It is because, the very idea that makes you all complain, discredit & oppose the nature and will of God, is the same stance these evil perpetrators take as well. You need to realise that there are so many things a common man does not know, but the elites in power, wealth and control come across this type of knowledge and they know it so well. They systematically fight and oppose the worship of God, and in this case, the belief of Jesus christ, whom has made the fellowership and path to God so much easier to understand, relate with and be genuinely saved. Why is Jesus christ the only religious figure that is being mocked, ridiculed and debated on despite the clear proof of existence, resurrection and miracles. You watch Hollywood satanic movies, you hear strange stories of people, you see people who turn a corner in their lives and all of it in centred around Jesus Christ, not Muhammed, not Hindu, not Buddhism. You think you know better than those in Hollywood, like you are smarter, or more scientifically intelligent than whomever comes up with such stories and movies ? You think you are smarter than the science geniuses and professors that know and understand science and yet still believes that Jesus is the true son of God ?? Well, its not a big deal, I guess whatever anyone claims to belief or stand for will be justified after we all die... Thats one reality no one has lived to tell the other genuinely, because thats the limitation of control and knowledge set as boundary by our creator and we can never conquer it. We can only find out after death. Use big words as much as you wish, say mocking words all you want, it doesnt even change anything about what is real. The opinion of humans are unstable and filled with sentimental emotions and ideas, it might even sound like logic to the physical world, but always know that the biggest logic is that "we dont have an idea where we come from befire being born, and we dont also know where we all go to after we die" Thats a humbling fact to think about. So instead, Why not reduce the energy of hate towards God. GOD is a super natural being and we dont even know him well because we humans fail so many times in obedience. Jesus Christ came here on earth for these exact reasons, to simplify, teach and guide us, giving up his life and offering mankind eternal salvation.

Dawkins is wrong when he says faith does not require evidence. Scripture itself urges believers to base their faith on the evidence. Dawkins appears to think faith is mere wishful thinking. Scripture rejects that notion.
