I have a tree full of Power Rangers and Battle Bots. I've done this for years.

Awesome!! I genuinely never thought of it

I had 3 sons so one tree is full of them

This always seems to happen, but you should always take the time to find the cherished items and save them. Not just for you, but for them as well. When they grow up, they may want to share with their own kids.

Oh I definitely am

Will be making a matchbox car ornament My fav car and my sons fav car Thanks ghost This will create a new memory i never would of thought of

That’s awesome!!

@drsarah That’s pretty neat and eclectic

They grow up in the blink of an eye Cherish the memories

It really is so quick. My daughter is somehow 6 when she was just 1 like yesterday 😭

We do this every year 😭

@KcMagination

With today’s kids the tree would be full of tablets and cellphones.

I still have my old cars from 25 years ago. But then again I am a huge collector so they’re definitely not going anywhere

There was a last time you played w/ each of your childhood toys.

Man that Monster Mutt Dalmatian truck takes me back🥹

My boy can NOT see, God bless him

Now I wish I had saved my Stompers 😞

Brilliant! I need to go check some unused toys! Brb

Don’t give your kids’ cherised toys away. Keep them for their kids.

i still have my transformer Optimus Power Master from 1988 ,

Such a good idea!!!

I don't want to put a mustard bottle on my tree

totaly had that toy!

Oh wow. Wish I had seen this a years ago.

Doing this with a nerf bullet 😭

I wish I did this with my son’s toys instead of donating them.

So many of their toys they've destroyed though. Especially their favorites. For the ones they haven't, it's a cool idea.

I didn’t want to cry today. My five year old won’t even let me call him my baby any more.

Great idea
