Looks like Salt River wild horses. We are working very hard to preserve these horses. Everywhere else in AZ the forestry departments are rounding them up and selling them at auction. Unfortunately, they get bought by slaughter houses and are killed. The newest person in charge of the area where our wild horses are,wants to do this to the Salt River horses now too. It’s horrible and hopefully it won’t happen.
