G00 instructs rapid movement of the machine tool at the required coordinate system. G01 provides instructions for the linear feed move. G code spec is basically RS-274 Compatible with many g code generated by numerous cam softwares

This BBC segment was made in 2007: A note on lithography machines; China's DUV lithography machines are already being used, while EUV lithography machines are conducting trials in our fabs. Meanwhile indians celebrate buying machines they do not even know how to maintain. Yes, if ASML machines needs maintenance, the standard practice is for Western engineers to shoo the indians out of the room and do it behind closed doors.

A humanoid robotic arm with advanced perception precision control rapid targeting and autonomous coordination combines AI robotics vision systems force control and real time decision making in one physical platform. The race toward Artificial Superintelligence may be led by defense programs building machines that can see decide act and eventually help design better versions of themselves.
