I feel like running away wasn't as big of an issue until the whole shockwave mess and they were replaced with overdrives Anyways they should only be limited to 4 per stack and you can only have 1 stack in your inventory

My Profesional recomendation since i am a veteran If the chase supasses certain amount of time... Stop. You are waisting your own items... and he is pretty bad anyways. Saving items by not chasing runners is helpful because maybe you can become prey too.

Only way I could understand wanting to run is if you have a sprite and want to extract it or smth (which is its own issue) but this guy had nothing like genuinely no reason to be such a pussy

I see this in the opposite way. If you get caught like that and doesnt have hp anymore to fight back what else are they supposed to do? You clearly had movement on your inventory to spend SO much to chase a kill so you're also preparing to run if you get caught third partied etc.
