Gosh darn it. My whole dang life I wanted to be a grandma. I had 6 daughters starting when I was 18 and just KNEW I'd get to be a grandma. Fate had it that I'd be diagnosed with terminal bone cancer before I ever got one. My youngest is 8 so I dont have empty nest syndrome at least My older kids "aren't ready" to have babies. That's fine, I respect that. But at the same time, FML! Can I be someone's adopted grandma!!?!??

We are absolutely excited to know our daughter and son in law are trying for a baby. We cannot wait to spoil the shit out of our grands.
