Ahh those middle park days. I was a youngster but I know where he is coming from. It may take a year or so but he will handpick his own team, teach them his system & lets see where it takes him. Top 6 in his 2nd year would be a good achievement.

Watching Ange never back down from the Tottenham motto “Audere Est Facere” was a key changing point in my life. I disagree with Angelo the Spurs fan here Us who are calling for Ange out, we do not want to see Tottenham fall back into at best just competing for top 4. What we want is consistency - Consistency in the League pushing top 4 - Consistency in the cups, actually trying to win one, beating the big guns - Consistency with the board wanting success on the pitch Everyone backing Ange fully, how do you think we can build on that domestic form? Ange Postecoglue does not coach individuals to he better players, he coaches his one and only tactic Eric Dier let the cat out the bag in an interview with Gary Neville and so many of you fans refused to believe it at first, turning a blind eye in favour of blind faith for Ange, but the sheer level of individual errors and the clear evidence in a lack of development in our players shows that under this Manager they are not improving, they are not learning. All Ange is focused on is his tactic being used in games and he doesnt care about anything else So many of our best players look lost, lacking confidence in their own ability on a football. You cant sit there and say that Vicario, Maddison, Son, Solanke, Porro, Romero, Bissouma, Sarr, Udogie are all just suddenly poor players who need their futures considering or just players out of form. Pay attention to Saudi . They’re hosting the World Cup in 2034 and they have serious plans to do well at that World Cup. First thing for them is to invest in their league. These Saudi players in this Uruguay game, you could see their quality. They’re being coached by elite managers, they play with or against Ronaldo, Benzema, Kante, Mahrez, Mane, etc. these are players that have won everything. Exposure to such training programmes, world class coaches and team mates, facilities, it’s just madness. Most of the players in their squad are from the 4 government-owned teams like Hilal, Nassr, Ahli, some from Al Qadsia too which is also a good side. These top teams are exposed to world class structures (you can’t say same for the others, but that’s why the squad is made up of most players from the top teams). One of their players, Saud, was even bold enough to leave the league and he’s just done amazingly well at RC Lens this season,after he joined on loan from Roma. This is good for them too. Steven Gerrard shared a bit about the Saudi plan on “Stick to Football” recently. He said one of the things they told him was that they wanted to develop their academies especially and they wanted him to be part of it. I’ve attached the video. There’s an u21 league that is serious now in Saudi. You can also go pro at 16 years of age in Saudi now. It was 18 before. The youngsters are also exposed to these facilities which will aid their development, because some of them are expected to make that squad in 2034. Let me end this tweet with the shortfall of this project. Due to the influx of top players, many of these young players are not getting so much playing time, and they need to. They have a decent national team now but most of them won’t be present in 2034 when they host the World Cup at home. You can understand why these top teams don’t give so much youngsters opportunities even in Europe, this is because they’re chasing the league and they have no time for trials with the kids, this has to change. I always support the youth. I think teams are entitled to 8 foreign players, the league organisers should also put something in place to ensure teams play u21 players and the likes. I’m sure they’re thinking of these things and I’m rooting for them to do well. Fingers crossed.

I have just gotten off a phone call I received from Zimbabwe’s greatest Chimurenga music legend and iconic African musician, Thomas Mapfumo; the lion of Zimbabwe. He is about to step on stage for what will be his last show in England, drawing the curtain on a long and illustrious music career defined by boldness, courage, and an unwavering stand with the people. For a man who was jailed by the colonials in Rhodesia for his boldness and later harassed by the current political thugs in power, he remains unmoved! I told him how greatly disappointed I was that I could not make it, as I am currently on the motherland with work. He shared that he feels compelled to do a show for his African audience in Johannesburg, since like many of us he cannot return home due to political persecution. Mr. Rahul Gandhi has a stature across the globe. Now, if you are the Prime Minister of a country like India, inevitably, you have a reach across the globe. But somebody who has not been prime minister yet is the Leader of the Opposition, having that kind of outreach and demand is, in itself, a very significant thing. And I think India should be using it to its own advantage rather than running down any such decision that's taken after great thought and consideration. At any given time, Parliament is important, but it's equally important for Mr. Gandhi as indeed it is for the Prime Minister. But then there are international events that cannot be changed because of the Indian Parliament and other events, beyond a certain point. So, when a decision is finally taken after much thought—for an event that should not be missed—I think for somebody to then raise questions about it is completely uncharitable, unkind and unreasonable. But be that as it may, we're looking at the positives of this visit to Germany. Mr Gandhi is visiting Germany on the invitation of the Progressive Alliance—an important alliance of 117 progressive parties of the world, of which 30 are in power. He has been invited to the Presidium of the Progressive Alliance, and I believe that his contribution there—as it was at the Bharat Summit, where the Progressive Alliance was delighted to meet with him—will be enormous. We are in an uncertain world. A new world order is emerging, and we are not entirely comfortable with some of its directions. Obviously, there are many imponderables that need to be dealt with. Our relationship with Europe and its relationship with the rest of the world—including within Ukraine and Russia—matter enormously. And of course, our relationship with Europe is not just between political parties but also with the cutting-edge industry there. Surely, Rahul ji will have a chance to meet with many of the heads of industry. And what he will bring back for India is something that India cannot overlook. India needs as much participation of investment from the world, including from Europe, as possible. Flying back from Charlotte, I thought a lot about this weekend.. beeple was our Willy Wonka and created an amazing art factory event…. But it was more than an event. It was a small peak into our future.. My takeaway is this … We are not the same as traditional art yet we are very much connected … This event was a story in two parts… The first part was embracing the classic. A nod and ode to the museum/gallery exhibit… Part two was a chaotic immersive experience that was truly beautiful…. I think for me, what I get now, is we don’t need to run away. We need to embrace it all…. Art is art. The more we push our boundaries of a new creative technological renaissance we will bring in others who will see our vision… It will take a while. It won’t be easy. Last night was the first time I felt this. The first time I felt that we have a chance to be different but stay enough the same… I can see it now, 25 years from now at an underground extremely popular rave. The newest hottest artists enters wearing a hoodie that you can barely see their face except for the lollipop stick. They will emerge in the middle of the room rising from the floor. They will start to play a new score they composed that will include art they created with new advanced AI. They will create the art live in front of everyone. Suddenly, from the ceiling virtual little notes will fall and the people will have AR implants seeing these beautiful Vistula notes fall all around them. They will grab them with their hands and they will than use these digital notes to be able to buy the art and songs the artists is playing live. They will share the virtual notes with each other and save some for later. The artists will finish his work and disappear into the floor he came from. The crowd will go home and see if they were lucky enough to grab a golden note that gives them a special 1/1 song and art from the artist. The winner will than post it on socials, getting instant fame where that they can than tokenize the fame for themselves… the digital art renaissance is in full swing! That is the start of what we saw last night…. See, no one can see the future but we can live in it and not even realize we’re in the middle of it … Think about the changes you can make for this future and what footprint you can leave behind…. Think about how much time we really have to make any difference at all… This is how we build!
