Do you use a blow dryer at all? Or is it just the unbrush??

Bet - I think I have the same hair type and have been using a blow dryer with a pick attachment in order to wear the afro out as high as possible, but it seems a brush might be easier?

I don’t like to blow dry because it makes my hair break off. Instead, I stretch it with braids first and then brush it out from the braids and use a pick to shape it.

I hear you, I started using heat protectant spray so imma see how this works out for me I have super tight curly (Nigerian) hair so if this fails i’m moving to that brush lmaooo

I use heat protectant but idk, my hair just feels a lot drier after blow drying. And I don’t use the unbrush, I use the tangle teezer! Unbrush didn’t get all the tangles out for me

Okay bet I appreciate the info - I have options if this method goes south. Blow dryer method feels very heavy duty so hopefully it works but if not i’ll do the others
