I love this answer from Michael Penix.. It feels like the Falcons Quarterback room handled this situation perfectly #PMSLive

The content of answer is impressive. More impressive is his body language as he is saying it. There is an authenticity and clear sense of admiration that is shining through.

I’m no QB guru person but i thought penix had the best arm in college football last season

Penix is in a situation with a veteran QB and a young supporting cast. The Falcons have a bright future

Michael Penix Jr. has been named the Atlanta Falcons' starting quarterback, replacing Kirk Cousins. Head coach Raheem Morris highlighted Penix's athleticism as key in the decision. Cousins has accepted the change and fully supports Penix. The Falcons' quarterback room has handled the transition smoothly, with teammates rallying behind Penix. #PMSLive

This is awesome

This is why I think whenever Justin Fields takes his next snap as a starter, being behind Russell Wilson will only have been a benefit. I saw him in practice the other day going through progressions while Russell was taking snaps, pointing them out with his finger. 👍🏻✌🏻🖤💛

Falcons paid a guy a ton of money and then drafted a guy at the same position with their 1st round pick. Terry Fontenot is clueless.

Professional!!
