XC2 only hit because of the revelation at the end that made sense of all the things that happened in it retroactively. But without that, I find the story quite forgettable and tropey.

Xc 2 was my first and it got me into the whole xeno series that took me hundreds of hours to finish, so yeah I think it was pretty impactful
