It's really been fun to watch. From the locker room dynamic, to the players being more free, to the dominant first game, and the overall reaction from the Raiders fanbase.

If Pierce can actually keep this going, and that's a big "if," I would hope Mark Davis can learn from his last mistake. These players love AP.

Antonio Pierce needs to be hired as the next head coach immediately

This is a great move Not only does it hype up the sideline a little bit more , but it also gives the practice squad an opportunity to visualize themselves on the active roster. This will make everybody push each other just a little bit harder.

Make him the HC

He is so well spoken and you can tell what he says is 100% genuine. I don’t want to jump to conclusions after a week but he’s making a great argument to keep him as head coach. If Mark Davis doesn’t someone else will.
