It is good to be grateful. The Bible tells us to be thankful in all things. She looks a lot better than most of her people in Africa. I'm sure she enjoys having running water, a refrigerator, changes of clothing, a car to drive, a job to go to or welfare, a roof over her head, heat, air conditioning. The man makes a very good point. We are to be thankful in every thing. Period.
