I loved this sport so much.. but it was expensive.. this gear isn’t cheap. My dad, who could be a real hardass growing up.. I told him as much when I was older, sold one of our certified heifers.. when the nx Saturday rolled around and after milking was done, took me to a massive flea market.. that day I got a complete set of used but high quality gear, skates and two sticks.. I love that man.. even though it took me a while to understand him ..

Honestly, I’m upset. While performing “Mr. Simple,” I almost teared up. The pain I feel whenever I move made me think, “Can I only dance for a little while longer?” I believe I can dance even in my 50s and 60s. I feel like I could still jump and fly around. But when I actually move, jumping, spinning, sitting and standing quickly, I feel those tiny pains. Your body tells you the truth. It makes me sad, like before my knee surgery when I wanted to move freely but couldn’t. I feel pitiful when I see myself like that. Still, I’ll do my best on stage for you.
