Humble day for a cardiologist… A patient of 44 years came with an axillary chest pain and scapular pain. (I have indicated the pain sites in the accompanying picture). He has had diabetes for the past three years and also has a family history of heart disease. He is not a smoker and doesn’t have any other coronary risk factors. His ECG, ECHO and TMT were normal. Because the pain was atypical and non-exertional and his non-invasive testing was normal, I prescribed medication and sent him home. He came back again with more severe pain at the same site after a month, and again, the ECG and Troponin were normal. I reassured him once more. He came back the next day (last Saturday) with the same complaints, but this time I suggested doing an angiogram to investigate the persistent pain. What I found was a 90% lesion in the PLV artery. I stented the vessel, and he experienced total relief from his chest pain. Physicians and cardiologists should be willing to modify their diagnosis when the initial line of management does not provide clinical benefit to the patient. i have two theories to this JSCEAN HEART NEVER FADE #LOLFanFest2026D3 theory 1: jimmy asked phuwin and force to thank specific people in the company that allowed them to have such grand and successful LOL concert over the past 3 days - phuwin spoke from the perspective of a senior in the company who had been part of gmmtv events from 2018, when he was 14. he shared that many seniors in the company have helped paved the way to the success of the artists and company today. force's speech also thanked big names in the company for giving them the opportunity. theory 2: jimmy orchestrated the whole cheek to cheek kiss with the both of them while the others were doing their speech. knowing jimmy, it is probably theory 1. jimmy being the second oldest in the LOL gang is the most wise and sensible. he probably felt that the both of them are the best candidates to share such thanks to speeches to the important people in the company. so thank you jimmy for being such a sensible and dependable older brother in the group. for theory 2, everyone just love to tease jimmysea bec they know something's up between them and instigated the cheek to cheek kiss 🤭

so jihoon didnt know jaehyuk kicked him. he jus thought something dropped on him 😭 🐶 I only found out from watching the video that Jaehyuk kicked me when he woke up. at the time, I did feel like I got hit by something, but I never thought it was Jaehyuk. I thought something just fell, like maybe a light fixture or something 🐶 but turns out, he kicked me with his foot. I didn’t realize it at all. I was half asleep thinking “did something fall? did the light drop or something?” but it was actually him kicking me. I couldn’t really see either. my eyes were sensitive, dry, and kind of blinded, so I didn’t even notice it was Jaehyuk 🐶 I seriously just thought something fell on me. If I had known, I would’ve immediately put him in a headlock, but since I didn’t know, I let it slide. I really didn’t know. 🐶 I mean logically, it’s not normal for someone to wake up and immediately kick the person next to them, right? u guys agree, right? The past year has seen me have a renaissance, in the truest sense… I won’t go into details now but will at some point before long. What has brought so much happiness to my life and those around me this past year has been my falling back in love with sport. Cycling has, and always will be, my number one. Yet I’d forgotten that I simply love sport, not for results but for the sheer joy of doing it, I’d completely forgotten that the health of my mind is intrinsically connected to the health of my body. I’ve rediscovered the love I had for sport that existed before the world of professional cycling took over in the way it did. I’ve been pushing myself and trying new things this past year, indifferent to the results, just out having fun and at times going deeper than I thought I was capable of anymore. Last week I got on a TT bike for the first time in a decade, Factor Bikes built me a bike, I’ve been looking at it for two years and decided it was time to get fitted, getting back on it felt like going home. Anyway, the long and the short of this is that it’s inspired me to create a club to inspire and be inspired. A community for us to share our love for getting out there and doing it, because I’ve realized that although I spend most of my sporting life on my own I derive the most pleasure when feeling part of something. It’s in its early days, I’ve called it Sporting Club CHPT3 aka SCC3, I’d love you to check it out and join. It’s still in its infancy, but I hope it’s going to grow into something that will inspire you as much as me.

At 54, here’s something I think about a lot: The good old days don’t feel like it at the time. It feels more like struggle. From the age of 25 to 45, you’re in the thick of it—building a career, raising kids, trying to get ahead (or just keep up with life). It’s so easy to lose perspective and forget that… You’re in the sweet spot. One day you’ll look back on that struggle as the best of times. Every season of life has its pros and cons—triumphs and challenges—but there’s nothing quite like the prime adult years. So what are we to do about it? Simply recognize that you’re living your good old days right now. Slow down. Savor it. Smell the roses. Because I’m here to tell you… The days are long, but the years fly by. 🎥: First flight for my younger daughter. I thought I was climbing the mountain—little did I know I was standing on the peak.

During the filming of the scene where Barabbas is released and he meets Jesus face to face (played by Jim Caviezel), the actor Pietro Sarubbi(who played Barrabas), later testified that when their eyes met, he experienced something he could not explain. He said: “When our eyes met I felt a sort of surge… It was like I was really seeing Jesus.” He went on to say that in that moment he saw no hatred, only mercy and love, and that the experience led to a real life conversion during the filming of the movie. Before the film, Sarubbi had spent years searching spiritually, living in a Tibetan monastery, practicing meditation in India, and traveling widely, but after acting in that role he said: “I have reached the final goal of this search in Jesus.” After The Passion: He became a committed Christian.
