i would ask why the hell they'd nerf the weakest exhaustion perk in the game but then again this is the company who gutted sm and has left nurse the undisputed top 1 for 8 years

Just realized he is using the add-on that increases his dev BP but no longer 1 hit down with saw. They can't nerf it it without being absolutely unusable. having crows stops it. and you need the 3 secs otherwise it's not really "stun and get away" and lots of exaust add-on/perks
