@Blizzard_Ent @Warcraft 1. Midnight has better colours. 2. That water is on the low graphic settings. 3. In general it looks like you turned the graphics for midnight down. 4. You are comparing the classic zones, newer zones in MoP and later look much better in retail.

@Blizzard_Ent @Warcraft It's like they sucked the life out of it by removing all the vibrance. The vibrance is the only thing that made the horrible graphics bearable, and they removed it.

@Blizzard_Ent @Warcraft Mam, here i thought wow was too vibrant and needed a shade of dark to it and now realize that they've just babified retail over the years. Forever, while im still on the fense, looks much darker. Ive never realized how bright retail got. They even removed water muck.

I get it the fog, and ambiance look nice on Forever as compared to Classic. But I feel like a lot of players are experiencing some type of mental amnesia when they disregard the high rez details of everything else in Retail especially in all the new zones. If Blizzard were to add the new lightening in Retail it would blow Forever out of the water. (I say this as someone who loves all of WoW, Classic, Retail and Forever - it's one game).

@Blizzard_Ent @Warcraft I think blizzard is doing a social experiment. Let's make one with better water and mist effects. Then make another with overally better graphics, but gear and vegetation should still be 2D. AND no mist or water effects! And lastly, one with 1990 graphics.
