I made a custom visor shape for Zero's Code Geass helmet! The form is a 3D print that I modeled to be slightly smaller than the helmet hole (for the plastic thickness). I tinted the visor in heated polyester fabric dye.

Happy New Year! Just before the holidays I finished this cow helmet which had been a huge challenge over the last year. It's got the biggest visor I've made, 293 LEDs and detachable ears & nose ring. It also has a number of different animated displays.

Metroid Prime 4 is a Scam! The game is advertised as having a Native 4k option but only the outer edge of the visor is 4k that might even be a 2D asset not even 3D, the actual game outside the visor is running at 1080p/1440p. what a disgrace! they truly ruined the good grace this franchise had in the past. #NotMyMetroid 🤦‍♂️🤌

After Candace Owens episode today had to see for myself what happens when you burn 100% Polyester fabric, so I conducted a few low-budget tests. Granted, the fabric I'm using is likely thicker than the average T-shirt, no blood was used in the process, and I am clearly no expert. Here is the result.
