I made a quick shooter game using GPT-4. Used Python / pygame -> loaded it into vscode in a Jupyter notebook next to my GPT-4 window. Couple quick tweaks recommended by GPT-4: swapped in some images to replace the default white blocks it first made the game with. #gamdev #ai

The only time consuming part was that ChatGPT prints to the screen pretty slow. In terms of real-time interaction where I was doing something, just a few minutes.

"This is how GPT-4 sees and hears itself" I used GPT-4 to describe itself. Then I used its description to generate an image, a video based on this image and a soundtrack. Tools I used: GPT-4, Midjourney, Kainber AI, Mubert, RunwayML This is the description I used that GPT-4 had of itself as a prompt to text-to-image, image-to-video, and text-to-music. I put the video and sound together in RunwayML.

Had early access to GPT-5.4 and Pro. They are very good. One fun illustration of progress, this is the same prompt I used in GPT-4 below (making a 3D space inspired by Piranesi) now in GPT-5.4 Pro. There were no errors, made in a single prompt plus one to "make it better."

Kind of shocking how much better GPT-5-Codex is vs the regular 'Thinking' models in ChatGPT. My subjective rankings for the fruit machine test: 1. GPT-5-Codex-Medium 2. GPT-5-Thinking-Heavy 3. GPT-5-Pro 4. GPT-5-Codex-High 5. GPT-5-Codex-Low 6. GPT-5-Thinking-Standard 7. GPT-5-Thinking-Extended 8.
