This is super cool! How long does something like this take you?

Lets see simple models like Bretta take around 40 minutes to model, then 10-15 to rig (I reuse my rigs so it's a bit faster), 20 to texture (can take longer because recently I discovered hand painted texturing and that I like it))); 1 to 2 hours basically. Something like that :P
