I would have trimmed the peelings off the tomato slices, because I hate those. The oil would be dumped before adding eggs, and she added way, way too much garlic powder.

No thanks. The oil, I don't care what kind, was just overdone. If I'm going to do all that work, I'll just make a nice quiche and have a salad on the side with those tomatoes.
