I’ve made the horse cops so mad that resort to dumb pettiness. Dumbass Sandoval told me I wasn’t allowed to be in the street with a scooter when, in fact, that’s the only place they’re allowed. He gets paid $254K a year and doesn’t know basic laws.

After fighting the good fight for years, I mostly have the LAPD horse cops in check with cleaning up horseshit. They’re even becoming efficient in their shit-scooping techniques using their boots.
