Electric car is good for the environment. Electric cars will create meetup economy. Where rich people gather to charge their cars while seeping coffee with another CEO. Soon There's heavy research on non-hazardous Nuclear Batteries and Thorium reactors. Means that car batteries will last for 20 years non-stop before disposal. People complained about the first Petrol engines during Steam era. Don't be nostalgic to phasing-out tech.

Two or three hours? I’ve driven across the US and never stopped more than 20 minutes. Barely enough time to use the bathroom, grab some food and check my phone. 🤷

Doesn’t even know how long it takes to charge a car (not 3 hours). People who can afford a car for 500k can easily fly distances longer than the cars range.
