I have never had that experience with her the few times I’ve met her. When I met her in April, she stopped and took pictures and was lovely to the few people outside. She was genuinely touched.

Seeing Miss Lupone live is one of my favorite Broadway experiences. 🥹

Patti has always been talented, but it is so great to see her just own her talent the past decade. There is no sense of nervousenss, and if there is, it is so buried behind her confidence that she shines. The "Red Dress" performance was the turning point for me. A true star.
